An absolutely abhorrent experience. Avoid at all costs if you have any allergies. Initially the beautiful scenery and atmosphere lure you into a false sense of security however your medical need are ignored and the staff shoot you dirty looks. Furthermore you will be treated as though you are invisible as the staff do all they can to avoid eye contact whilst pandering to everyone else. It took between 10-15 minutes before our questions about the half eaten food in front of us was safe to eat as we had started to feel the onset of a reaction (we had informed them about nut allergy straight after ordering). To which we were told the nuts on top of the food had been “taken off” the starter which we assumed by the oncoming allergic reaction was more literal than we first anticipated. Evident cross contamination in the kitchen and my partner saw the waiters inspect the plates and question the chefs after the half eaten plates were already taken away. No one cared enough to question why we hadn’t even finished our starters before requesting the bill. It was so shocking for something like this not to be taken seriously in what is meant to be a high end restaurant I have quite mild allergies however my partner could easily have gone into anaphylaxis. Also not even a thank you, goodbye or apology as it was clear we left in a stressed hurry. What was meant to be an anniversary celebration will now be memorable for all the wrong reasons and tarnished our last...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we sat down, the dining area was swarming with flies, mosquitoes, and even bees. It was nearly impossible to enjoy our meal with insects constantly landing on our food and buzzing around our faces. One bee even fell into my drink, and several flies landed directly on the food we were served. It was absolutely unhygienic and disgusting.

What made the situation even worse was the staff’s complete lack of concern. We politely informed the waiter about the issue, hoping they might offer a solution or at least move us to a different table, but they simply shrugged and walked away. There was no apology, no attempt to improve the situation—just indifference.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was sloppy. Given the high ratings this place has online, we expected much better. Instead, we ended up forcing ourselves to eat quickly just to get out of there as soon as possible.

The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and underwhelming food quality make it clear that this restaurant does not prioritize customer satisfaction or hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about basic cleanliness or expect decent service.
