Manti (dumplings) and vareniki (ravioli) that are small and filling, the sauce is inside and aplenty. Maybe you could start putting it on the side, it would be so much better than to scrape it off to the side trying to find food underneath the sea of semi-spicy very oily stuff floating in yogurt. Not sure if factory-made or handmade, looks the same to me, and it’s pretty expensive, if premade. Overall tasty, and the abundance of dough and oil are filling, of course, would recommend if you need a quick carb/fats fix and pizza/pasta/rice won’t do it for you. Not much stuffing can be tasted beyond that amount of sauce. Nothing special at all, don’t get the rave reviews, literally the same thing taste wise that you can buy in the frozen food section and top it with the same supermarket yogurt. Their salad is good, but it’s literally just cut up tomatoes/cucumbers/peppers, didn’t have any special sauce over it (but maybe that’s better, considering their treatment...
Read moreThis is by far my favorite restaurant in Kas so far. It's a true local experience, not a tourist trap.
The food is just amazing. If you've never tried Turkish cosine other than kebabs, you'll be in good hands here. I highly recommend anybody to try one of the manti options and a vegetable heavy plate like imam bayildi, green beans or whatever else is available. You can't go wrong with whatever you order here.
If you don't know what to get, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations from the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They prevented us from ordering more than we could eat so the food doesn't go to waste. I really appreciated this 🙂
The price is just right. Portions are big enough. If you go there with 2 or more people you could order different plates to share and have a feast.
I would give it more stars if I could! I would definitely come back if I ever...

We enjoyed the pickles, the Turkish style green beans, ground beef stuffed eggplant, and of course the house speciality Turkish tortellini (manti) with ground beef. We opted for the mix of fried and boiled and asked for the garlic sauce. This was delicious and we washed everything down with the house lemonade. Would have given 5 stars but they gave away the last portion of rice pudding that we wanted to try for dessert. Great place to eat despite the minor...
