Taşbahçe Kahvaltı — Restaurant in Kaş

You go inside, the owner comes to your table greeting and chatting with you showing extraordinary care about his guests and his business (such a gentleman).

The food was really good. One of the best Turkish BFs I've had. Every member of my family liked the jams, potato, melted cheese, pişi (fried dough), olives, and I personally liked the pan fried pepper and eggs with sujuk, which was no as fatty and salty as in other places.

We were 5 people with a child (paid extra for the omlete). The quantity was enough. We had some cheese leftover so we asked to have them to go.

I just want to note that there is no name written outside in case you can't find the place. It is under the name...

We were there. I wanted to share the breakfast portion with my friend, as he is not a big breakfast eater but still would have eaten what would have remained with me. The breakfast costs 280 TL per person which I think is a lot for a Turkish breakfast. The waiter said that is not possible he would have to take away my friend's plate and cutlery and he should not touch my breakfast. I think it is still my decision who I give then what of my paid food and who not. Especially because the restaurant was empty and we thus no other paying guests would have taken...

Kahvaltı için her sabah başka bir mekan deneyimleyecek şekilde Taş Bahçe’nin de içinde olduğu 5 yerde karar kılmıştık. Ancak Taş Bahçe kesinlikle favorimiz oldu. Artık kahvaltı için mekan değiştirmeyiz :) Temel olarak aşağıdaki 3 nedenden tavsiye ediyoruz.

Öğle sıcağını hissettirmeyen ferah ve gölge bahçesi sayesinde kahvaltının tadını çıkarmak mümkün oldu. Ağaç gölgesi, bahçeyi çevreleyen taş yapılar ve vantilatörlerin yarattığı esinti sayesinde Temmuz sonunda Antalya güneşinin altında olduğumuzu unuttuk. Kahvaltımızı tadını çıkara çıkara yapabildik.

Kahvaltı çok kaliteli, olması gereken seviyede ve Kaş’ın ruhuna uygun şekilde çeşitli ve doyurucuydu - her şey çok çok lezzetliydi. Sıcakları (omlet, pişi, sigara böreği, eritme peynir, biber kızartması) çok başarılı. Pişi yağ çekmeden dışı çıtır içi puf puf çok güzel pişmişti. Marmelatlarda şeker kullanmıyorlarmış, biz böğürtlenliye bayıldık.

Servis ve sunum başarılı ve çok hızlı. Garson arkadaşlar kibar, karınca gibi. Mutfak da belli ki çok hızlı çalışıyor. 5-10 dakika içinde masamızda her şeyimiz tamamdı. Çay self-service, tazecik ve çok güzel demlenmiş. Keyifle içtik.

Ne, nasıl daha iyi olabilirdi? Çok az şey söylenebilir ama patronlar görürse diye yazalım isteriz, çünkü Pazar kahvaltısı için de Taş Bahçe’ye geleceğiz :)

Pişi kişi başı 1 yerine 2 yapılsa ne güzel olur. Marmelatlara ilave ( ya da şu turuncu, acılı marmelatın yerine) bir turunç / limon veya portakal reçeli çok yakışırdı. Peynir tabağının yanında bir küçük avuç yemiş (ceviz, badem, fıstık...) çok iyi olurdu.

Özetle fiyatının karşılığını fazlasıyla veren bir kahvaltı deneyimi. Çok memnun ayrıldık ve tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz.
