Burger King - Mühürdar — Restaurant in Kadıköy

When I am not sure what to eat in a country I visit, I usually choose Burger King. At least I know what I get for my money. In this store, however, that was not the case. The Burger King rules regarding service, responsiveness and hygiene were not present at all.

I ordered a Double King Chicken menu and was surprised at how it was packed, flattened and there was very little salad in it with a click of mayonnaise. I went back and pointed it out. I got back my sloppily packed Double King Chicken with some salad literally thrown on it.

I was really upset and asked to get my money back. I left after I got my money back. I would also like to mention that there were many garbage bags on the staircase.

Probably the worst Burger King I have been to. Workers are bored, unmotivated, sleepy. The counter is filled with a wall of trays like they need to protect themselves from the customers. Just one cashier so waiting line is unnecessary long. I have been to Burger King in another city in Turkey quite often, the food tastes very similar to that in German BKs. However the food I got here was very tasteless and boring, fries not fresh, drink way too sweet. You get a feeling no one is working there with a sense of pride and an interest in offering the customer a good experience. Disappointing experience. I’m so frustrated with our experience at Burger King in Istanbul. We were sitting outside, ready to order. At first, they said it was fine, then suddenly shut the computer and told us everything was “finished.”

A staff member came out, told my parents to get off the chairs, and spoke to us in a rude, aggressive way.!!!!!They even laughed at us, which was humiliating and honestly felt kind of racist.
