Authentic, flavourful and tasty! I’ve been here several times and tried a bunch of items. Let’s start with the hummus; it’s as good as it gets in turkey. Deep creamy flavours to it that taste like home. The tabouleh is good but it’s never consistent. I’ve had it once with the perfect amount of salt and olive oil and lemon, and then the rest of the times it was always lacking. One time the bulgur wasn’t fully soaked and was a bit grainy to the bite, and another time there wasn’t enough dressing resulting in a dry bite. Other than that, the flavours are spot on.
