Another update is that the food quality is degraded We didn't eat from how bad the food was . Last time we to there it's over Unfortunately i am changing my below review from 5 stars to 3 due to bad attitude we received today from the welcoming girls at the door, we already reserved a table and she refused to give it to us even though she know we reserved it!!! That was supper rude. .. 2nd the restaurant is like a war zone from the customers overload, they simply need need to manage the timing and table reservations system to fix this issue and not to overwhelming thier employees, so we can sit enjoy nice food wirh music not hearing the head chef shouting to full fill the hudge amount of orders ... this affects the experience, the food quality, and eventually employees will collapse..

I have one comment if you allow me please, the middle setting area needs better servant person as in term of attitude and being more friendly. When we visited 1st time the person who speak English was wow and recommended us many amazing food to try .
But 2ns visit we sat the middle area was much ppl the person who server doesn't speak English and was confused did not server us well as he was overwhelmed with other tables .
I think adding addional person will sorting this issue . Or confirm his behavior.
Full respect to the manager who monitors all employees actively making them give thr best service ever this is supper respectful.

Upon walking in, we saw the display of mouthwatering meat cuts. We were then seated at our table and given English menus. I wish the menu language facilitated the process of ordering as there were no descriptions to the platter names nor were there pictures and there were many language mistakes that made ordering more difficult. The waiter tried to help, but he could not speak English and he was getting frustrated quickly 😑 anyway, we managed to order three appetizers plus a salad and four steaks and desert. Here is the feedback:
Appetizer one: in the provided pictures, red peppers prepared in a special way and topped with yoghurt. That dish gets supper full marks, very very tasty. 10/10 Appetizer two: shredded cucumbers mixed with yoghurt and topped with cracked wheat or semolina or something like that. Also very tasty 9/10 Appetizer three: grape leaves with rice and topped with yoghurt. Very good. 8/10 Salad: 8/10 Steak one: grilled fillets. Well prepared and tender but lacked flavor. 8/10 Dry aged T Bone: I ordered this steak and had high expectations but I did not like it at all. I thought the aging would make it tender, but it was sooooooo chewy. Didn’t finish it. 2/10 Desert 1: baklava with ice cream. Awesome and gets 10/10 Desert 2: kunefe. Awesome and gets 10/10
Overall, I would probably revisit but I would certainly not order the T Bone steak. The prices were very reasonable. All the above was for 950 Turkish Lira...
Read moreWe visited tje restaurant 2 time at the same week, food was super amazing first time the server was very good took our order patiently as we didn’t order a meal from the menu we went and chose from the refrigerator in the restaurant main area. The food was super good super delicious. Unfortunately our second visit we were roped, again ordered from the server refrigerator in the main area but this time instead of putting the order by shish or by piece as we ordered the server made as a meal so if we order 4 liver shish he put 4 meal, 3 kidney did 3 meal, 3 chop’s pieces he did 3 meal and etc. we ended up instead of ordering for 3 people it came as we ordered of 7 or more ppl. Everyone was in shock even people around in the restaurant we tried to talked to the server he called another server maybe he is a manager or what ever he came and claimed they serve only meals not by piece and was very very rude, even though we mentioned we were their 2 days before and they served us as we asked for respectfully and when our friends suggested the restaurant they advised us to choose from the refrigerator as it’s a common practice anyway we ended up paying a huge bill we thought about calling police but we didn’t have time to lose but it’s definitely the last time. And we decided we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and won’t go anymore.
