Benna Hotel — Hotel in Konyaaltı

Good day! I would like to share my impressions of staying at the Benna Hotel Antalya. We were at this hotel at the end of July, for the first time. Initially, before booking, there were some doubts, since we had not previously stayed in similar hotels, but we decided to try, we wanted to stay in the hotel at least, but for it to be clean and comfortable. We read the reviews and the tour operator himself recommended this hotel, since there were many good reviews from those who had already been there. We arrived early in the morning, a transfer met us and took us to this hotel. At the reception, we were immediately met by the manager himself, but since there were no available rooms, we had to wait for check-in after lunch, but we could leave our things in his room next door, change clothes, there is also a toilet room on the first floor, have breakfast and go to the sea and come already for check-in. As for the rooms themselves, the hotel is certainly not new and accordingly the renovation is not fresh, but at the same time, the bathroom has good plumbing, the furniture in the room is not broken, there is a TV, a refrigerator, not all rooms have a hair dryer, a balcony, chairs, an armchair, in general, everything that is necessary for a normal stay. Clean bed linen and a towel. The rooms were cleaned every day! We also had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfasts were always the same and it was a buffet, from food it was eggs, cereals, olives, olives, butter, bread, tomatoes, cucumber, jam, muffin, from fruit, watermelon, as well as drinks, tea, coffee, juice. Dinner was to go for each guest, it was a salad, soup and always a different second course, for a hot meal. In general, it was delicious and we were full, we did not always even go somewhere for lunch. The hotel area is very nice and pleasant, the building is built so that there is a courtyard where you can just sit and relax, there is also a small and clean swimming pool. The location of the hotel is also great, it is not far to walk to the sea and is not on busy streets, it is quiet in the evening and during the day, you can get to all the busy places very quickly. I would also like to say a few words about the manager, a very good person, he will tell you and help you if you have any questions. I recommend this hotel for visiting, maybe we will come back there...

The hotel is OK-ish. A little run down and a little dirty.|TV didn't work, fridge barely worked (yay, warm water to drink in 23 degree heat!). The door to the balcony wouldn't close properly or lock, so I had to hold it closed with a suitcase after waking up at 4am to find it had blown open.|There was no lock on the bathroom door either. |Breakfast was pretty awful, and the same thing every day. I am lactose and gluten intolerant, so ate boiled egg and cucumber for every breakfast.|Staff were pleasant, but far from warm or welcoming for the mostpart. I guess you don't expect luxury in a 2* hotel, but I reckon they could do a little better.|There is a kindergarten right next to the hotel which can get a little noisy, but I personally find the sound of children playing quite adorable. Not everyone does though!|We stayed for 6 nights and I think they only missed our room for cleaning on 1 of the days. I don't think the floor in our room was ever swept, however, and bedding and towels were not refreshed during our stay.|The pool was empty and taped off for the entire duration of our stay, which was somewhat...

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.Wir haben für 12 Tage dort gewohnt und haben mit Halbpennsion gebucht.Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück welches recht bescheiden ausfiel.Am Abend gab es ein Gericht immer mit Vorsuppe,Hauptgericht,Nachtisch.Die Suppe widerholte sich alle 3 Tage,das Hauptgericht war immer mit Reis oder Hirse Serviert dazu Fisch,gefüllte Aubergine,Nierengulasch einen kleinen Salatteller und zu 95% gab es als Nachtisch Wassermelone und Honigmelone.Das Hotel wirbt damit " wir sprechen Ihre Sprache" in Deutsch heißt dies alles fängt mit Guten an und Hört mit Morgen,Tag,Abend und Appetit auf. Desweiteren kommt noch ein " Alles Gut ?".Der Hoterchef sowie das Personal ist von Urlaubern nicht wirklich zu unterscheiden da alle in Freizeitkleidung herumlaufen und noch nicht mal durch Namensschilder zu erkennen sind.Wir haben uns die Bierchen die wir Abends getrunken hatten aufs Zimmer aufschreiben lassen. Gott sei dank haben wir uns eine Liste über die verzehrten Getränke gemacht,den als wir nach dem 8.Tag eine Zwischenabrechnung machen wollten wurde uns sofort klar das er uns Betrügen wollte.Wirhatten eine differenz von über 60€ die er von uns mehr haben wollte.Dies haben wir aber nicht bezahlt da ich im begriff war die Polizei einzuschalten.Das Essen Abends wird im akkord serviert das heißt man ist noch bei der Suppe dann kommt auch schon der Salatteller und das Hauptgericht und wenn man gerade damit angefangen hat kommt auch schon der Nachtisch.Das Hotel ist recht kleinund Überschaubar.Die Zimmer reichen zum schlafen der Balkon ist sehr klein.Bei ankunft tropfte das Wasser im Bad aus der Decke.Im Eingangsbereich im Zimmer funktionirte das Licht nicht,zwieschen unseren Betten die einzeln standen war wohl mal eine Steckdose wo aber nur noch die blanken Kabel hinausragten. Wi haben unsere Betten zusammengeschoben weil wir ja als Pärchen dort angereist sind.Den Angebotenen Zimmerservice kann man nicht nutzen da das Telefon gar nicht angeklemmt war.Der Fernseher bietet genau 1 Deutsches Programm. Wenigstens die Klimaanlage Funktionierte bis die Batterrie von der Fernbedienung leer war.Diese bekam ich dann aus einem anderen Zimmer ersezt.Eigentlich brauchte er nur die Batterien zu wechseln aber was will man sagen.An einem Tag habe ich mehrfach reklmiert das wir keine Handtücher haben und wir gerne Duschen möchten darauf his es immer nur später.als wir Abends wieder kamen haben die zuerst einmal neue Handtücher gekauft und meinen warscheinlich auch noch das das nicht auffällt.Der Balkon ist übrigens ständig nass da der Abwasserschlauch der Klimaanlage so porös ist das das Wasser nicht im dafür vorgesehen Abfluss sondern auf dem Boden landet.Alle Regenfallrohre am Hotel sind kaputt das Wasser wird nur noch über die Dächer abgeleitet und tropft dann irgendwo runter.Der Pool ist zwar klein aber er erfüllt seinen Zweck.Kurz abkühlen und ab auf die Liege.Es sind ja immerhin 7 Stück vorhanden.Aber es gibt ja noch 4 Sitzsäcke.Naja ich kann euch nur raten:!!!Spart...
