I have never felt the urge to make a bad review. This "restaurant" is the exception. Every place i have gone in turkiye antalya was amazing and the staff so so nice. But this place? They are nice when trying to fish u to get to sit at their table. And thats it, the "service" ends there.
My wife has a bad stomach and cant have ice since the water is not good for us from europe. So i asked the manager or one of those working there if i can get a glass without ice. The guy says with a annoyed expression "of course here ill make it without ice" and throws it in the plants right next to our table and almost hit me with it. I was not sure if he was joking and wether to punch him in the face or leave this den of thieves. I calmed myself down since i was on vacation with my wife.
Now the food. We ordered adana kabab 700 lira each. The server asked do i want the sallad on the side or with the food. I said yes on the side please.(keep this in mind for later) They gave us one dry piece of kabab string each with maybe 12 small french fries pieces. The rice maybe less than 100 gram; they served it like from a reversed cup to make it look like "fine dining". On top of this? NO sauce whatsoever. THATS IT. So i asked can we get a little sauce with the food please. "Yes of course" they said and brought some tawny hot sauce and one small cup of garlic sauce. I didnt eat anything we went to another much better place after this were the staff made us feel at home again.
Alright, time for the bill. 2400 lira. Not 1400 as we thougt. Why? Water ca 250 lira (alright no problem) Garlic sauce? Ca 250 lira. Sallad??? Ca 400 lira or something like that. Sallad that this "server" made me believe was included with the food with his style of question like it is in EVERY restaurant in the world. EXCEPT this disrespectful place that is a black dot in the face of antalya. It is really a shame. The matter is not of paying. It is the lowly matter of making the guest pay more than they expect. These people do not represent turkiye. My experience in turkiye has been the best and i love the place as my second home. But please dont go to this place. They live off the "harbour vibe" and thats it. U at ekici, be better and do better. Contribute to turkiye and stop scamming and hustling visitors. You guys ruined my day. Everything is not about money. Good service and beeing a gentleman goes a long way. Have some ettiquette.
PS: Answer to owner. This was a few days ago. Every word is the truth. Its better to change and be honest tradesmen. That way u wont be getting bad...

We saw this restaurant when we ventured down to the harbour for a boat trip and the huge seabass in the display which were obviously very fresh caught our eye. I am a seafood lover and know my fish well. The staff were very helpful in talking about the menu and we decided to return fir lunch the next day.
There were three of us and obviously each day is subject to the fish they catch as it all comes in fresh off the boats. When we came down the next day (we had t booked) the fish were even bigger, around 2 and a half kilos which would have been far too much for two of us. The head waiters were very accommodating and offered to cook us half a huge fish and half a medium between the three of us, around 1.5 kilos. Whilst I’ve read that this is a tourist trap and extras are added to the bill this was certainly not the case. They were very upfront and gave us the price per kilo, told us how much it weighed and that the 10% tax would be added.
We were sat with a beautiful view of the harbour. The fish was done over a char grill and literally melted in the mouth. The accompanying salad, very crispy delicious fries and grilled vegetables were all included in the price - in tenerife where I live this would have been an added extra in most places. We do t eat bread which was offered but not forced on us and they brought us an appetiser of olives which they did t charge for.
I can honestly say this was one of the most delicious meals Ive ever had, the fish was so tasty and I eat a lot of fish! The waiters couldn’t do enough for us without being all over us which was just what we like. I don’t eat meat but the meat platters going to surrounding tables all looked fabulous too.
We were charged in Turkish lira but it worked out at around £30 a head for the entire bill including three very large glasses of wine and waters. Not a cent extra was added to the bill and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffees after we had paid.
For the quality of food and surely one if the best settings in Antalya I can’t rate this place highly enough. Definitely...

Came here not expecting much. My first sip of water changed everything. Crystal transparent unlike the waters of Sakklikent, the su (that’s water btw) from this restaurant is purely otherworldly. One sip was all it took to tell me: I was in the right place. And it all went downhill from there. But just like on a rollercoaster, the downhill was so much fun. The waiter came by our table, asked us 3x consecutively if we were ready. I guess we were. Asked some details about the seafood casserole and he replied by asking if I wanted it. Twice. As we were reaching the end of the meal, the waiter came back and asked us ‘are you finished?’ as he was already taking our plates away. In that moment, we knew we were finished. You gotta give it to the man, he is consistent and efficient. And I think that’s beautiful.
Oh and the food was good. And please do yourself a service and order a bottle of the best...
