ÇaY-Tea’s Boutique Café — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

I don't usually rate cafés or restaurants, but this is a very special one that really exceeded my expectations! The breakfast here was one of the best i ever had. The omlette, the different types of cheese and variety of jams and olives and the turkish tea were all perfect.

Clearly they put a lot of work and thought on how they prepare the food and the presentation as well. It is very hard not to appreciate it!

Moreover, the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The atmosphere was cozy with relaxing piano music.. perfect to start your morning.

This whole experience made my day and made my trip to the area totally worth it. This place is a true gem. And the owner, Nancy, was super nice and made sure I got everything I asked for! Thank you for this amazing breakfast!

We would have loved to enjoyed an afternoon lunch here after the good reviews but we left after sitting ten minutes without so much as a greeting. I know turkish service isnt western style but this was a bit too much. The place was empty, i waved to the kitchen staff and waited...alone in the dark dusty slightly moldy smelling corner or the eclecticly decorated restaraunt. When i went up to leave we were asked if we wanted to eat something. We said yes and could we look at a menu. The waitress said she would get us a menu when we sat down. We said no...we wanted to see what was available since we were now...HANGRY....SHE REFUSED! so we left and she yelled at us down the street saying she could make anything we wanted....Sorry..too late. Had a great lunch at the balik ekmek place near hadrians...

I was going to have a breakfast, i went inside to get a table, the person behind the counter told me to sit outside if there is a table so i went outside. I have found a table and sit by myself because there is no host and asked that they have a breakfast.

And that lady comes up and said this table reserved don’t you see? You have to wait 1 hour to get a table. Their behavior is not acceptable. If you are Turkish they don’t want you there you immediately realize that with their behavior.

A few minutes later i gave them a call and spoken completely English and asked for a table and guess what table was ready at the moment if i am...
