I appreciate your feedback, while i understand where you are coming from, It still does not change the fact that, despite being so highly rated, The food was not what I came to expect from this restaurant. As I have said in my previous comment, I was only offering a mere suggestion and stating an opinion. As I do strongly believe I had the proper etiquette , dining within your restaurant. How can you expect your food to be warm when your customers come at random times?

Regardless, the service was underwhelming and full of inconveniences, which I fully understand may not be within your control. But if you can’t accept people being polite, being honest and offering their suggestions and then placing the full blame on the customer because they’re Asian, then I suggest you reconsider your etiquette not only as a person but as a restaurant business. Your case was also very terrible, come let’s talk, without any fuss!

Being as a big fan for Middle Asian food and after seeing some good reviews, we tried and feel super disappointed: Food are LEFTOVERS from the morning - some pieces are still COLD from microwave! If you feel like having some leftovers in this price - highly recommend. ( also flavour is so-so, portions are quite small.) Customers DO NOT allowed to use the toilet? Card payment is not acceptable - they suggested us to pay in neighbourhoods but paying extra fees. Why should customers pay for your mistakes? Tbh I can accept 2&3 if you really make good food, but instead of staying humble and friendly after hearing my suggestions, I didn’t even hear any apologies from supporting disappointing food and service. Last but not least, Antalya has a lot more excellent restaurant...

Conclusion: Food 4,5/5: very good home cooking Service 5/5: very friendly despite language problems Ambiente 2/5: very basic (less relevant from my pov for that kind of locality) Recommendation in terms of price and quality of the food

Food: Lagman (noodle dish) has been very good. The beef sauce was a great mix of sweet and salty. Uygur pilavi was good tasting mainly because of the beef. Without the tomato salt it would have been to dry.
