Had a wonderful and authentic evening at Külhane!

I can’t recommend this place enough 😍

It was our first time trying Turkish BBQ, and stuff was very welcoming, friendly and patient with us 😁 Our waiter not only helped us with understanding how to cook what, but as well took a very nice and fancy video of us with food 🙈

I saw some very mean comments here about not having a proper menu, and I can tell you that this is bs, because products differ from one evening to another, ensuring freshness and variety, moreover, the stuff will go through all the meal options available for the evening 🙏

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. It’s so simple, you go to the display and choose the meat you want. They give you moderately heated charcoal and you cook your meat to your liking. The staff is very friendly, they took their time to answer all my questions, they used google translate when they couldn’t explain their thoughts.

Fun fact: everyday at 11 pm they play a few minutes of music tributes to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to his accomplishments for the nation.

Je mets rarement un avis quand il est négatif mais là je dois le faire ! Arrivée vers 21h, nous étions deux et nous sommes venus sur recommandation. Nous avons attendu qu’une personne s’occupe de nous… Puis nous avons choisi nos viandes, il ne restait que deux choix. Puis une fois installé la galère commence La dépose des braises était catastrophique, assiettes, couverts et mezze plein de cendres mais ça n’a pas posé de pb à personne. Nous avons attendons peut être 15min pour avoir la grille Puis nous avons dû demander l’eau, le pain, le sel, le poivre, les épices, les serviettes… avec de l’attente à chaque fois. J’ai dis que c’était inadmissible… on m’a dit qu’on m’offrait les fruits… au bout de 20 min les fruits ne sont jamais arrivés Puis j’ai demandé un thé pas de soucoupe pas de petite cuillère pas de sucre tout est arrivé un par un… mon thé était froid ! J’ai payé et je leur dis tout ce qui n’allait pas par transparence et je mettrai une mauvaise note car j’adore le concept. J’ai payé 1000 tl pour 3 morceaux de viande et deux mezze ça reste onéreux au vu du service et de la quantité! Donc non je ne recommande pas en l’état, il faut faire un effort et former les serveurs ! Belle...
