My father once told me that he used to go to this restaurant whenever he traveled to Antalya in the 1970s. Years later, after moving to Antalya permanently, it became one of my favorite restaurants in the area. After enjoying the nightlife, it was my go-to spot for a snack before heading home. They are famous for their soups, particularly the "Kelle Paça" (head and foot) which is undoubtedly the best. The restaurant's name is derived from this special dish. They also have a variety of other soups, such as "İşkembe" (stomach), chicken, and lentil, which I highly recommend. I usually don't order main dishes, but I always make sure to try their pumpkin dessert with tahini and walnuts. Read moreI was chatting to the chaps at Hotel Qinn on the reception desk about my wish to experience the genuine turkish side of life. They said I must visit here and their Kelli Paça as it is the best in Antalya. Obviously, once they explained what it was, both I and my British taste buds recoiled at the thought. This time I took my foreign friend to this location to try it but the staff forgot one of the main ingredients and lied by saying that this is how they make it. Of course we didn’t eat it because it’s not the way to make it, yet they didn’t forget to included it in the bill. I refused to pay for something I didn’t eat and was lied about and not even offered to remake it and all of a sudden 5 Turkish man started yelling at me. You came just to “taste” the food, you are a scam and other great words I never knew about myself. Not the way to handle business. I even wrote the owner, he did...
