Paprika Burger & Pasta — Restaurant in Uçhisar Beldesi

We found Paprika through instagram and I really liked their socials and the look of their food (I’m a fussy eater with lots of allergies). Upon arrival the staff greeted us with such big smiles and such a big warm welcome we felt like family instantly! We met a couple of locals in there who were the first English speaking people we had met in Uchisar at this point and oh my did we have a laugh. We could have stayed all night with them and the staff here. One of the best nights we had during our stay. Not only that, the food… oh my! AMAZING! We highly highly recommend coming to eat here - for us the best restaurant in Uchisar! And one of the few places that serve alcohol - not that I’m a big drinker but just one night I wanted a couple of drinks. They provide gloves to eat your burgers with, which I absolutely loved! And seriously the food is just fantastic. It’s a family run restaurant with a butcher background and the whole family are just amazing people. As I say we could have stayed all night here. I recently dined at Paprika Burger Pasta and was thoroughly impressed. The food was truly amazing, with every dish exceeding expectations. The staff, including the owner and chef, were exceptionally friendly and clearly passionate about their craft.

In a town like Uçhisar, where vegetarian options can be hard to find, this place stands out. They recommended some excellent vegetarian choices, including a delicious falafel wrap, perfectly cooked al dente pasta, and flavorful veggie noodles.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the lemon cheesecake. It was incredibly creamy and left a lasting impression.

This place was so good, we had it for dinner then came back the next day and had it for lunch. We all got burgers and chicken burgers and they were spectacular. Since I had the Mexican chicken burger I’ll speak about this. The chicken is nice and juicy and the jalapeños, red peppers, pickles, and chili sauce are a such fantastic combo that you crave that spice. Plus the fries are hot, crispy and come with that signature spice… Paprika! All in all, two burgers in less than 24 hours just shows how much we liked the place.
