Such a lovely winery and very helpful staff. They offered a free tasting of 4 wines, there wasn't pressure to buy any wine (but we did decide to buy one, they were very affordable). You can also enjoy a glass of wine and a cheese plate for an affordable price in their upstairs room, that has a gorgeous view of the Pigeon Valley. The only wines that are available by the glass are the 4 that you taste. It is a bit different from other wineries I have been too and some other reviews mention this, but I think it makes sense for the sustainability of the winery. There's also many other wines to purchase if you'd like to buy something different than what you taste- a lot of variety. The staff were also kind enough to call a cab for us to get back to our hotel and made us comfortable to take our time sitting and taking pictures. Worst winery in the region! DO NOT COME HERE. The waiter was so rude, rushed us throughout the whole tasting and basically said he didn’t care for our business. If you want a great winery go to Gülor Wine Cave House - Cappadocia they take their time, explain the wine and make you feel very comfortable. My friend & I even asked if they were closing soon, and that’s why they were rushing. They said no and then asked her to drink her wine faster. We told the waiter he was being a bit rude and we wanted to enjoy the wine ( not take it back like a shot). But he basically said I don’t care this is how we do our wine tastings.

It was very sad because we had just came from Gülor Wine Cave House - Cappadocia and the waiter was so amazing and treated us so nicely.

We went for wine tasting here. Guy was quite rude with us. He started with just pouring wine samples and kept on telling us we got a lot of prizes from many countries. When we asked about actual wine taste and process, there was no word about that. He kept on explaining about awards. We even appreciated a white wine, but all he said was "good" very rudely. We asked if we could use washroom, and he told us it's closed, not allowed. What a waste winnery!!! We have tried 100+ wineries all over, and this was the worst experience. I would have purchased a few bottles but ended up buying nothing after how they behaved with us.

I also read through their other reviews, and it seems like they have an issue with their customer service. Hope owners realize this soon before it...
