It is a family-run shop, museum, and cafe where you can try authentic Turkish Coffee prepared by the owner himself with so much care!

The place also has a beautiful story. Ismael and his family once lived in this cave, until the 1980s, when families were relocated as part of heritage protection efforts by UNESCO and the Turkish authorities. Now, years later, he returned home and invites you to his fairytale world where problems don’t exist, just as he likes to say. You’ll enjoy the coffee watching the most beautiful sunsets in the area. Don't forget to give a stroke to his cat Paşa ( General in Turkish )

💎 ทางเข้าด้านหน้าคาเฟ่ลักษณะเป็นโพรงถ้ำดูธรรมดา แต่เมื่อเดินขึ้นมาชั้นบนของร้าน ถึงกับต้องตกตะลึงกับความสวยงามของวิวตรงหน้า มองไกลๆเห็นปล่องไฟนางฟ้า และภูเขาหินอีกหลายลูก สวยงามเกินคำบรรยายที่สุด

💎 เมนูเครื่องดื่มมีไม่เยอะ แค่เพียงกระดาษเมนูเล็กๆที่ยื่นให้ เราสั่งกาแฟ ชาแอปเปิ้ล และน้ำส้ม อร่อยทั้งหมดเลย 3 แก้ว โดยเฉพาะชาแอปเปิ้ล เราถึงกับต้องซื้อกลับบ้าน โชคดีที่ด้านหน้าชั้น 1 ของคาเฟ่ เปิดเป็นร้านขายสินค้าของที่ระลึกด้วย
