Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala — Hotel in Kampala

This hotel was selected site-unseen for a 45 person meeting - including guest rooms, meeting space, audio visual, and food & beverage. The results could not have been better - all attendees and me (as the meeting logistics manager) were very happy with the hotel and staff.|Communication: From start to finish communication was frequent, prompt, and thorough. All staff I was in contact with were very thorough in their responses and quick to respond to any request.|Meeting space: The space fit our group perfectly. Set up was an expected. Staff were very responsive to any changes or requests made. |Food & Bev: The tea breaks and lunch buffet were fabulous. Lunch had a wide variety of items to choose from. The terrace was a nice setting for lunch as well. |Accommodations: The guest rooms were very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. |Airport transportation: The hotel managed arrival and departure airport shuttles for 40+ guests. My experience was with Denis and Koko and they were wonderful to work with. They handled the transportation logistics expertly.|Staff: I saved the best for last! All staff I was in contact with - both in planning and on-site - were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Specifically I'd like to call out Michael, Vicky, Denis, Koko, Florence - and the many front desk staff - all were helpful and extremely friendly and professional. You need a place oozing class; Golden Tulip Canaan is your place . Place is so beautiful and cozy The decor, the interior design is amazing

The view through the restaurant and rooms is incredibly stunning, overlooking kololo Hill Which ensures a cool breeze all through.

They have a rich menu expected of a 5star place. Both Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are served. Both local and continental food available Please try their local lunch buffet, very friendly prices too compared with other places with the same class.

Service is standard, humble and fast waiters and waitresses always checking on you making sure all is well.

The swimming pool area is cozy too for a swim and a drink as you enjoy the cool breeze. They had barbecue specials on Fridays ( when I was there)

The place is accessible for all, wheelchairs have provision too and the elevator is active 👌 Has ample and secure parking space in the basement

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

The room was immaculate, with comfortable bedding, stunning views, and top-notch amenities. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the plush towels to the delicious in-room coffee.

The location was perfect. The hotel's restaurant served up delicious meals, and the bar was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail.

What truly sets Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala, though, is the exceptional service. The staff were always smiling, helpful, aGnd made me feel like a valued guest. I can't wait to come back and experience it all again!
