Lovely place inside based a very popular location next to opera House. Even though it was lovely inside, the waiter wasn't very kind. Firs we entered, she said that they had no space and didn't offer to wait. However we were very keen a cup of good coffe. After a few minutes wait we got sorted and ordered. The order wasn't brought all together. I almost finished my dessert when the coffe arrived. They call it famous 'Lvivska cava', but it wasn't good at all. Nice place, tasty coffee, but the staff isn't ready to work with people 😕 Waitress brought ice cream for my son and accidently dropped it on the table. Than she left it as is, she even didn't get that such behavior is completely unacceptable. Some time later I asked her to swap the ice cream and she was very astonished by my plea. Beautiful interior, great location, and the cherry cheesecake is fantastic. I think the coffee is okay, especially for the price, but there a few places in town with notably better coffee. Also, they can have some weird hours due to staff training. I've gone there a couple times on a Monday morning at 10am and it was closed for training... Seems pretty odd to me. Still, I go there at least once a month for a quick coffee...
