Hotel is in the old building, wich is dated back to the time when Lviv was a part of Austrian Empire. Staff is friendly and professional. Reception desk speaks English. Hotel is well located, a few blocks from tourist area / city center . Building is very old with high ceilings and wide hallways. We had the "family room" with three single beds, two were pushed together to make a king bed. The room is fairly large with a balcony, a table, four chairs, and a wardrobe cabinet. The large bathroom has a tub with a hand shower with curtain, a toilet, and a sink. There was a small refrigerator. Heating was good for sleep since it was pretty chill in the room. Breakfast comes with the room. It's okay, decent selection, but you can find better in Lviv. Restaurant has an excellent service though. Price / value is Ok if you are into Imperial...

Breakfast comes with the room. It's okay, decent selection, certainly on par with many chain hotels in the states.
I would stay here again. Edit: compared to our hotel in Kiev, in a similar price range, this place is...
