Many times we dine in, and ordered fajita plate and we enjoyed the food but the last time we went, there is newly hired supervisor, who intertained us regarding our order. We expalain to him that we want chicken fajita plate not "sandwhich" we thought he understand but he served us fajita sandwhich with Arabic bread and we inform him not sandwhich he said he will change but still he didn't understand and he served again a sandwhich of samoun bread, we inform him again and he started to argue with us that is our order and he is angry. A lot to say about this place. We ordered several dishes that are all amazingly yummy

Chicken escalope sandwich: the bread is light and fluffy and the chicken is crispy and juicy

Manaqeesh: the best dough and the best zaatar

Mix grill: the meat is a bit heavy for my taste but delicious, and the sheesh tawooq is great.

Meat shawarma: fulfilling and yummy and comes with pomegranate molasses (the best combination ever)

As for the atmosphere, the kindness of the staff members made this visit really pleasurable. They are highly professional but super friendly and helpful.

Even after having some good experiences locally in this restaurant, we had a worst experience on delivery, we ordered pizza for iftar so first of all it came 15mins after iftaar although we gave order around 4.10pm and told them to deliver at 6pm but it was late and reached at 6.45, but once got the delivery it was the worst pizza I had ever had, no chicken, and hardly any topping or Peproni on it, and we were looking at each other that on this we could not through it or order...
