Less than one start is more than the worst service please check the pictures to see the quality of the food even if you received your order messy and they promised a replacement you will again receive it messy and not completely taste less and Mr. Wahid the manager said because we too many orders we can’t manage so if you cant manager better to don't make any offers its the worst service as I was expected charging the customer for 10AED delivery charge even if the customer nearby if u will complain then they will reduce as well as the lobster, doesn’t have meat they replace it with calamari and cheese please check the pictures The last picture is what you are supposed to receive in your order but the first picture is what you will receive physically please don't listen to their offer aside from the driver's behavior it is horrible Never again Update for my post they blocked me accusing me I did this for my order so if I did this why did you replace it blocking the customer from raising his concern after you took his money unprofessional again i knew this would happen better than focusing on my review go to your restaurant and find out from where the mistake comes Sending another order with the same conditions is shameful Requested the manager to call me no one called then you are accusing me of very bad service

They reply my review and they forget to check the pictures accusing the customers they did this for their order and when the customer complained they will replace so who did this for the first order who put calamari instead of the lobster meat is it me am i chief or you just want to hide the truth

I visited this restaurant three months ago and noticed that they served black tea in glass cups to Arab customers but gave it to us in paper cups. I expressed my dissatisfaction to my friend, and we decided not to return.

However, last Friday, my friend convinced me to give the restaurant another chance because we were hungry and tired. Unfortunately, our experience was even worse this time. The most upsetting incident was when the waiter, a tall guy in a pink shirt, came to collect the bill. As I opened my phone to make the payment using Apple Pay, it only took a few seconds. But the waiter looked directly at my phone with an angry tone and asked if I did this every time I paid. We were shocked by his behavior. I asked him why, and without hesitation, he repeated his words, saying I was taking too much time. It was embarrassing, but I managed to keep my composure and didn't react.

Another waiter, not very tall and wearing a blue shirt, rushed us while clearing the table. He pulled the table paper with plates and mobiles still on it, owner should check the cctv time was 11pm -11-20 which was highly disrespectful. Moreover, the food was not tasty, possibly due to their bitter behavior. We ended up taking the food as a takeaway, which I didn't enjoy, and it felt like a waste of money. Came for dinner to Gandofly with friends of the family - my last night in Abu Dhabi before flying home to Australia on Sunday. Soon I noticed that EVERYONE is friends of the family, as all guests are treated with equal care, respect and friendliness. Then the food - OH MY GOODNESS !!!! Chef Hossein and his team have such a way with seafood as I haven’t tasted in my lifetime. They totally respect the creatures of the sea and this shows through in the way the food is prepared, cooked and presented. The fish was fresh and so delicious. The natural flavours and moisture of the fish were preserved and not overcome by other spices and flavours. Magnificent. And the creamy seafood shorba - I could live on that for the rest of my life!! The waiters were all so efficient, but always smiling and friendly doing their work.
