They don't have much hospitality training with regards to customer service. I updated my booking the night before and was calling for me to check out the next day. No feeling of hospitality could be extracted from the male FO. The female FO could only reply an I-don't- know-I'm-new-here excuse. You work there, show some sense of ownership.|2. Housekeeping are okay, just a bit noisy in cleaning and not so friendly except for the one in the eyeglass who helped me check in. Supervisor checking for discrepancy in the morning was OK.|There are some German roaches in the room so I advise you to wash cups and utensils before using. Incomplete room set up though. I checked in room no. 710 and I was welcomed by 2 cocrouach. I started to check room and found it all not cleaned just fixed up, dirt everywhere even in bedsheets , Bathroom was the same and Air-conditioning ducks not cleaned. Went to reception and manager upgraded my room and went with me to new room in 11 floor to check it and when we arrived we found Air-conditioning leaking and I did not have to check level of cleanness in room then we went to other room in 10 floor and ot was not bad but i had to leave hotel since I feel unsecure of staying in such hotel. I truly was worried to get exposed to COVID 19 with the cleaning standard they maintained and surly disinfectant process is not in place. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and service. From the first day, I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners, and the bathroom facilities were not maintained to a proper standard for a hotel that hosts guests daily.
Throughout my entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once, despite my repeated requests. I spoke to the reception multiple times, and each time they assured me that they would contact the housekeeping staff to clean the room. However, no one ever came to do the job.
This level of negligence clearly reflects poor organization and a lack of care for guest comfort, which is completely unacceptable. It is expected that rooms be cleaned daily as part of basic hotel service standards.
