Made booking through booking.com, visited hotel at 1130 p.m. reception requested me to pay cash not by credit card, I asked her that your policy not refundable and booking made by card so ensure no double charges. I checked in room no. 710 and I was welcomed by 2 cocrouach. I started to check room and found it all not cleaned just fixed up, dirt everywhere even in bedsheets , Bathroom was the same and Air-conditioning ducks not cleaned. Went to reception and manager upgraded my room and went with me to new room in 11 floor to check it and when we arrived we found Air-conditioning leaking and I did not have to check level of cleanness in room then we went to other room in 10 floor and ot was not bad but i had to leave hotel since I feel unsecure of staying in such hotel. I truly was worried to get exposed to COVID 19 with the cleaning standard they maintained and surly disinfectant process is not in place. I reviewed some comments on booking.com and found that they always had bad reviews about many related issues for long time. Highly not recommended even if room free of charge and hotel management or group need to address customer concerns.

This was by far the worst and most unsafe hotel stay I’ve ever had. The entire place is dirty, with construction happening everywhere, and there’s zero attention to safety. All the floors are open in the lift area, with no security or proper safety measures in place. It feels like a serious accident waiting to happen! The floors, lobby, and rooms are filthy and clearly never cleaned. The front office is located inconveniently on the 4th floor, and the staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They don’t know how to fulfill even the simplest customer requests, and if you ask for anything, they’ll shout at you—especially the front office manager & Security manager. If you need something, be prepared to call two or three times because they won’t respond to your concerns on the first attempt. My biggest concern is how this creepy hotel ever got a 4-star rating. It deserves 0 stars, honestly. Please, do yourself a favor and read this review before booking. You can find much better hotels in Abu Dhabi for a better price. Don’t book this place, and definitely don’t stay here.

Made booking through agoda.com with payment (Ref no279364799) After the booking, i called to hotel for the confirmation. hotel said my booking is canceled. again i connect with agoda (80002000064) they said sorry for inconvenience about for booking online system not available to queen palace hotel. after that refunded the my paid amount with in week they are promised to me . also helped with same hotel another booking communicated with agoda to hotel reception. visited hotel at 11.45pm. reception requested me to pay cash not accepted by any bank card. Also i have paid the cash payment. i started to check room and found to not cleaned all and welcomed cockroach no toilet roll, tissues, refrigerator not working.i called reception for some items providing my hand(toilet roll) Asking for 10dhs for ice cube. (all hotel provided ice cube with free of cost) One of my worst hotel experiences.

Pros: |Location-easily accessible from the main road, bus stop in front, along the service road so it's safe.|Restaurants and coffee shop nearby, walking distance to the mall and main bus station.|Pool is not crowded. AC was winter wonderland cold. Preferred by some though. |Rates are cheap, but wait here are the... |CONS:|1. Front office are not that amiable and would just want to get payment from you. They don't have much hospitality training with regards to customer service. I updated my booking the night before and was calling for me to check out the next day. No feeling of hospitality could be extracted from the male FO. The female FO could only reply an I-don't- know-I'm-new-here excuse. You work there, show some sense of ownership.|2. Housekeeping are okay, just a bit noisy in cleaning and not so friendly except for the one in the eyeglass who helped me check in. Supervisor checking for discrepancy in the morning was OK.|There are some German roaches in the room so I advise you to wash cups and utensils before using. Incomplete room set up though. Details, guys. |Mini bar was not working, instead was with light flickering. How did they release the room anyway.|3. Security, what security? Where? |4. An alarm at 1 am and you can't go back to sleep as you're mortified.|5. Beds-as per one review, they're right, the springs poke out. You hear them creak as you sleep. Linen are okay though. |6. Food? Complaint About Poor Hotel Cleanliness and Service

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and service. From the first day, I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners, and the bathroom facilities were not maintained to a proper standard for a hotel that hosts guests daily.

Throughout my entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once, despite my repeated requests. I spoke to the reception multiple times, and each time they assured me that they would contact the housekeeping staff to clean the room. However, no one ever came to do the job.

This level of negligence clearly reflects poor organization and a lack of care for guest comfort, which is completely unacceptable. It is expected that rooms be cleaned daily as part of basic hotel service standards.

I sincerely hope that the hotel management will review their housekeeping procedures and improve the quality of services provided to guests, in line with the hotel’s reputation and the expectations of...
