APPETIZER Carpaccio di Manzo con Rucola e Scaglie di Par,igiano e Balsamico Beef Carpaccio with Rocket, Parmesan Shaving, Balsamic Dressing. its melting on my mouth and i can say this one is really appetizing. the texture, taste, quality of the food is perfect.
Fritto di Calamari, Gamberi e Zucchine Fried Calamari, Shrimps and Zucchini. The meat is firm and white. fried squid and shrimp with firm and chewy. serve with lemon and sauce for dipping. t the breading is super thin, crispy and tasty.
MAIN COURSE Filetto Di Salmone con Carponata Siciliana Pan Roasted Salmon Fillet with Sicilian Caponata Perfectly cooked salmon Roasted Pan, crispy skin, Flavorful and has a subtle and great taste, right portion with nice plating.

The Beef is really Delish! so tender, juicy and flavorful. all i say is delizioso! it's simply delicious.
DESSERT Tiramisu' Al Cappuccino
Italian Cappuccino Tiramisu. OMG! this is the BEST Tiramisu in Town! its highly recommend. im not a fan of Tiramisu but this one is amazing! super moist, creamy and PERFECT! and the presentation is cute.
Overall experience is amazing! its a night with Great ambiance, Great Singer/Pianist , Great Staff and Great Food and If your looking for Authentic Italian Cuisine, this place is PERFECT!
The Staff are very welcoming, they make sure everything is good and perfect. friendly & Accommodating most especially the manager and Chef Simone De Vivo introduced the food and give us an idea on the quality, preparation and the taste of every Dishes. that makes it easier to choose what's the best for our Taste buds.
The Ambiance is Great. very romantic, quite and very spacious. they have indoor and outdoor table (which is perfect because the weather is good now) and Full Bar Available & a live Pianist. its a great place to Dine and Chill.

Read moreTASTY FOOD, NOT A GOOD HALF-BOARD SOLUTION FOR FAMILIES. We went here as a part of our half-board package, staying at the Conrad Etihad Towers hotel. The food is great (however nothing spectacular if you’ve been to Italian restaurants before) and the service as well, especially the staff is great. However, for the half-board, the concept is not working out: as a part of the package, adults get a 3-course dinner. However, kids get only 2, skipping the starter. This results in the kids having to watch their parents eat their starter. If you have kids, you know what this means: there is irritation (to put it mildly) at the table. Yes, you can have the kids main course served parallel to the parents’ starters — they’ll do that. But it only helps you for so long as the kids will have finished their complete dinner earlier than you — which again provides you with issues because you cannot really enjoy the calm of your dinner. This spoiled the evening for us, to be very honest, and we did not want to go back there during our stay (although everyone loves Italian food). We discussed it with the staff and they very understanding (at least one of them was, the other decided to rather dedicate to other guests) and provided some kind of starter, however at this point there was already too much irritation at our table. The Lebanese restaurant at Conrad solves this way better: they provide the same concept (the kids having no starter as part of the half board’s fixed meal plan), however the parents’ portions are so big (and mostly ‚finger-food‘) so you can spread it at the middle of the table for...
