Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment due to two major issues I recently faced at your store: Unclaimed Bill of AED 144: A bill worth AED 144 was made by my kids, and I was unable to claim the points. Unfortunately, the manager refused to contact the head office to support or resolve the issue. Loyalty Points Redemption Failure: I also couldn’t redeem my remaining points due to a technical issue — the scanner hand wasn’t working, and the system refused to accept my mobile number input, stating my profile is not updated. However, I showed the staff that my profile is fully updated in my mobile app.

After years of being a loyal customer, I felt completely let down by how the situation was handled. The lack of support and flexibility made me feel unappreciated. Unless a proper resolution is offered, I will seriously consider closing my account and discontinuing my visits to Tim Hortons.

Disappointing and Disgusting Customer Service Experience at Tim Hortons

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Abudhabi Najda Burjeel on 31st August 2024 and 5.19 PM.

When I politely asked for a tissue, the staff member on duty did not bother to assist me directly. Instead, he pointed in a vague direction without saying a word. What made the situation worse was that he seemed more interested in browsing his phone than addressing my request or being attentive to customer needs.

I expect better service from Tim Hortons, and this experience fell far short of the standards I’ve come to appreciate from your brand. I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
