I used to enjoy the grilled chicken meal here, but after two recent incidents of bad customer service from the person taking calls, I decided not to order/eat food from this place. I’d always talk politely whenever I’d call for delivery and instruct my request. The guy who used to pick my calls was really nice and already knew me because I always order. But recently, there’s this guy (I think he’s new) who would pick up the phone and you could already tell from his voice that he’s not interested to serve you properly. As always, I’d try to be polite but the way he’d talk was very rude and he’d immediately hang up even though I’m not yet done with the details of my order. So I would call back and he would sound annoyed. Also simple instruction of “please chop the chicken in many pieces” he couldn’t understand and would belt an attitude towards me (the paying customer). Very bad...

WORST SHAWARMA EXPERIENCE EVER

Absolutely disgusting experience. Before, the person making the shawarma here was very kind and respectful. Now, it’s a completely different story — the new guy is extremely arrogant. He wasn’t even wearing gloves, kept scratching his neck, body, and even lower areas, then used his bare dirty hands to handle the food. Worse, he threw the shawarma at me and slammed the window shut like a coward. Completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and disrespectful. People like him are the reason good businesses lose customers. Management should seriously reconsider who they hire before they lose everyone’s trust. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away if you value your health...
