Jollibee Mall of the Emirates — Restaurant in Dubai

JOLLIBEE MOE BRANCH. March 26, 2025 at 9:00 to 10:00PM. I have asked my husband to buy Jollibee chicken leg and thigh PARTS/pieces spicy. They refused directly my husband after waiting in line. My husband by the way is always polite to the servers. I am customer ever since I could remember. I never ask for parts of chicken. I called, kindly beg the cashier to please give me the parts since I am pregnant and I really need those. I am begging him and I am about to cry. He just said no, we cannot we have deliveries also. I said only this time, I am pregnant.(FIRST TRIMESTER) Please, I want to eat those parts. I said Normal chicken also is okay as long as it is thigh and leg, please. He said I will check but he said right after we do not have. He also said they will cook but no thigh! Hahaha. How can you cook new batch of chicken with ONLY WING, BREAST AND KEEL??!! KFC manages their parts of chicken properly, only UAE JOLLIBEE really refused for parts!!!! The worst customer service ever!! This is how you train people?!! If you are a Filipino and you went to Mall of the Emirates, you will be given 2 choices when it comes to food to eat: 1. Jollibee and 2. others. Well, in my case at least. It doesn't matter what others will say about it because Jollibee is a taste of home. It will always be close to my heart. Spaghetti is on the sweet side, yes. But that's how we like it. That's how our family will cook it during special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Where back at home, an average household struggle to make ends meet but will manage to save up to have a taste of the pasta that we made our own, to make the day extra special. Chicken joy will also bring back happy memories of far simpler days. Every bite of the crispy skin and juicy chicken meat feels like a warm hug to your soul. i forgot to wrote my request, then i decided to call the jollibee MOE branch.i spoke to Hanz and i feel he is very energetic, very bubbly and really have an excellent customer service and he granted my request.We need this kind of people in customer service not unlike one lady(Filipina) as i first called the careem captain and he is asking this lady to speak to me and i heard on the phone she is complaining that she cannot talk to me as she attending to other customer but i think this is not the proper ethics when you are in customer service.
