Today my dining experience very bed at Tibba Mandi in Abu Hail today (May 25, 2025) was extremely disappointing and concerning. The restaurant had noticeable hygiene issues, and to my shock, I found a hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable and frankly, quite disgusting. Beyond the hygiene problem, the service was also very subpar. It was difficult to get attention, and the staff seemed disengaged. When I brought the issue of the hair in my food to the manager's attention, his response was far from satisfactory. He did not seem to take the complaint seriously or offer a proper resolution. Given the serious hygiene lapse and the lack of proper customer service in addressing the issue, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope the management addresses these critical...

Tibba gave me the worst experience till date for any restaurant. We ordered Kunafa and found it extra sweet, sugar liquid was mixed to it to such extent that we could not took a second bite. Normally they use to give Kunafa and liquid sugar separately so that user can mix it according to the taste but this time they mixed it by their own. When we complained about the same here comes the horrible experience. The attitude of staff and their manager was like they are the boss and they can do whatever they want.
