When we asked to move to the sofas, one simply replied, “No,” in a dismissive manner. Another waitress later claimed that those tables required a minimum spend of 400 AED, which was untrue. We saw other guests, who were only smoking shisha, being seated there despite not meeting that supposed requirement. Meanwhile, our bill was around 360 AED, making the situation feel unfair and unprofessional.
