Most of the restaurants will grow only if the service is good..not only food..rest are into service business. I stay in Scala towers in marasi drive and I had visited the rest today afternoon. We order chole batura Positives: Food was good and place is clean
Issues: The food time more than usual to be delivered . When the chole is given, it is served only with Chana and not in a gravy style, and the bowl is filled only half. It is clear that this chole is not going to be enough for 2 baturas. We ask for extra chole and they have charged for it. Also, again, time is consumed to even address the table. I don’t mind giving 20 aed instead of 15 aed for the Chole batura, but it is a shame that the restaurant doesn’t want to provide sufficient food to the customers.
When I was giving the feedback to the cashier, he behaved rudely by saying this is what we give everyone and doesn’t bother to listen to me. When asked to listen to the feedback while providing, they rudely kept looking at the bill screen and said we have other work also. I wouldn’t visit the restaurant again even if the food is food, bse many rest give good food but only few give good service. Teach ur staffs to listen to...
Read moreWhile on my usual culinary adventures, I stumbled upon this restaurant. While the atmosphere was pleasant, it wasn't particularly fancy. The seating was a bit limited, giving it a more cafeteria-style feel. However, what this restaurant lacked in ambiance, it made up for in service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my dining experience enjoyable.
For starters, I opted for the ajwain fish tikka. The savory flavors were quite appealing, and it was a good introduction to the menu. My main course, the Dhaba chicken with naan, was the restaurant's special. While tasty, it didn't quite live up to the "special" title.
However, the true star of the show was the Peda wala lassi. This delightful drink was absolutely divine! The rich, creamy texture and the perfect balance of sweetness was simply amazing. It was easily the best lassi I've had in a long time, and I highly recommend giving it a try.
In conclusion, while the ambiance at Pure Punjab Restaurant might not be upscale, the friendly service and the phenomenal Peda wala lassi make it worth a visit, especially for lassi lovers like myself. I might even be back just to explore their other...
Read moreDining at the Indian Punjabi restaurant in Business Bay was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Paneer Tikka Butter Masala. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, leaving a lasting impression on the palate. Accompanied by a fresh salad, tangy chutney, and crisp papad, the dish was a symphony of taste and texture.
The service matched the quality of the food, with attentive and humble waiters who ensured our dining experience was seamless. They were considerate, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything else, which added a personal touch to the service.
The location of the restaurant by the Business Bay canal is ideal for a leisurely stroll post-dinner, making it a perfect spot for an evening out. Although the space isn't vast, the cozy ambiance makes it a comfortable setting to enjoy a meal.
Overall, the restaurant strikes a fine balance between delectable food, commendable service, and a pleasant location. It's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Punjabi...
