Im writing for Carrefour Business bay. First of all there was no cashier on the night time but its not main issue. There was a security who is name is Andy James. It's ridiculous how he acts like he's the boss of the store. First of all, I am a customer and you should have a limit and attitude towards me, he has a completely aggressive and bossy behavior. I went to the cash register to pay for my products and there was no cashier at the register and I was going to buy cigarettes and I entered that section just to check the cigarettes and I was looking closely and he said to me from behind with an aggressive attitude "hey hey what are you doing there" Maybe he didn't use bad words but his speaking style was completely aggressive and ugly. He had an attitude that was very open to arguing with me. I was a customer there and no one could treat me like that in a business in a country with laws and regulations like Dubai. Read moreYesterday I bought a pack of razors for 30AED. There were problems with the payment machine - and a receipt wasn’t printed. The cashier told me I had to pay again - which I first refused because I could see the money was deducted from my account. He argued and said it says “pending” and will be refunded - though all my recent transactions say pending. He kept arguing and said that if he is wrong I can come back tomorrow for a refund - which I then said it costs more for a cab to get me there than what it is for the item. He still demanded I pay again, which I did. Now today I see both payments have been deducted from my account. I paid 60AED for a small pack of disposable razors and now there is no way to get a refund unless I go all the way back into town. I have several conflicts to the same lady who attend the late shift as I live in the same building. She is rude and ignoring clients.
15th of May 2022 around 12:05 am. The self service counter was closed and both cashiers went to the back area without any explanation for more than 15 min while all customers are waiting and many of the customers left unhappy including myself.
Also they don’t exchange at night shift which any small grocery do in less than a min.
Your late shift employee (female) has a serious issue and must be sorted out if you care about your customers
