Fam Living literally scammed me out of my money, provided extremely poor service, and caused me significant inconvenience. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

I approached Fam Living for a long-term rental in RP Heights. They promised a clean and ready apartment upon move-in. However, when I arrived, the apartment was filthy: the walls were stained, and the carpets were disgustingly dirty. Despite their promises, I had to fight to get basic cleaning done, replace carpets, and ensure the place was even livable.

The worst came when I discovered horrifying issues in the bathroom. Black worms were crawling out of the drain—a disgusting and unsanitary problem that persisted even after professional cleaning. I have photo and video evidence of this appalling situation. When I tried to terminate the contract due to these conditions, Fam Living refused to cooperate.

To make matters worse, Fam Living forced me to sign a contract with the building’s chiller company. Throughout my stay, I received exorbitant cooling bills for an AC I rarely used. A professional inspection revealed that the meter in my apartment was broken, causing the system to generate inflated charges. Despite providing a detailed report of this issue, Fam Living and RP Holding, the apartment owner, outright refused to address it. Their response? “It’s your contract, you pay.”

When I finally moved out, Fam Living delayed the return of my deposit for nearly TWO MONTHS. When they did return it, they deducted an unjustified 1,000 AED for cleaning, even though I had hired professional cleaners weekly and left the apartment in pristine condition. On top of that, they charged me for an additional payment unrelated to my stay. These deductions were completely unreasonable, with cleaning services in the UAE typically costing no more than 300 AED.

Fam Living not only failed to provide basic customer service but also outright stole from me. Their staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude in all interactions.

Amazing 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment with beautiful modern interiors and great location in the middle of city walk. The facilities in the apartment are great, comfortable beds, great spacious livin room, excellent kitchen equipment, toiletries and towels provided and changed once a week. There are beautiful balconies in the apartment, one in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms have balconies too which is great at this time of the year when the weather in Dubai is great. City Walk restaurants are around specifically the ones on Al Mustaqbal street you can walk to the restaurants. Eggspectation restaurant which has amazing breakfast is right next doors. There is a great beauty Salon right next doors called Bedashing and also an amazing coffee place next to it which uses Seven Fortunes coffee beans which is one of my favorite beans personally.

I have stayed in Fam living in a similar apartment back in May 2018 and I was impressed and hence booked once again. I made the booking through Ahmad at that time and I contacted him once again for this booking. Ahmad is amazing and I am so happy with his professionalism and assistance at all times. Whenever I need any assistance he is available to help. I have also met Faisal this time who is the operations manager and Faisal has been great in providing all the assistance needed inside the apartment and has been available whenever needed.

Here are some small suggestions which would make the apartment just perfect: -Add shelves in the shower for keeping the body wash and shampoos and other stuff. -Make the shower curb length a bit more higher than the tile as sometimes water comes out. -There is a Bosch washing machine which is obviously an excellent washing machine and clothes comes out not too wet but there is no dryer, it would be great if there is a dryer in...
