Recently i bought gas stove and couple of days ago, from the gas company guys came to connect gas, and there was issue. The issue in the gas stove was the thing (attached on picture) which can control the gas level was suitable only with LPG. Because my gas stove (Electrolux) is only for natural gas, which means LPG will not work (about this no one informed me when i bought). Because it is giving very high pressure gas. And they told it is too dangerous to use like this. So the guys who connected, they advised me that i need to contact with Carrefour so they can come and change the metal which will work good with LPG. Yesterday i had a conversation through whatsupp “Carrefour customer care” and the customer care staff Mr Islam, told about out of warranty. But how it can be out of warranty. He doesn’t want to even listen my needs and he sad i need to contact with Electrolux. Seems like Carrefour doesn’t care with their clients. How it can be out of warranty when I didn’t even used my gas stove it is totally new and i have all certificate and even receipt. I can not use it because of very high gas level coming from the stove. It was terrible experience with Carrefour, so they don’t even care and they dont want to help to their client. I will never buy anything from Carrefour anymore. They will just sell and if some issue will happen, they will tell go to etc brand which you bought. CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST NOT BE LIKE...

The staff is cooperative and helpful, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
