Today was our first visit to Wet black burger. After seeing all the hype on instagram I would have to say I was slightly disappointed.
Firstly, they have a high table outside which it’s only purpose seems to be to stack dirty plates and glasses, they bring dirty plates and glasses from inside the venue to stack them on this high table next to the front door (This blew my mind). It’s an eye sore and for people like myself who sat outside all these dirty plates and glasses were attracting flies. I think the owner and team need come up with a different strategy for where they leave the dirty plates and glasses.
We came at 4pm on a Friday so not much of a busy time wasn’t lunch or dinner nor was there that many people dining here. But it’s seemed that the staff really couldn’t cope. Clearing tables seemed to be such a massive problem. And with them offering all you can eat on a Friday tables need to be cleared constantly as tables were just over ran with dirty plates and glasses.
The food it was OK but unfortunately nothing amazing. But value for money that is what you are paying for and that is the reason people are turning up here. Ordering food and drinks seemed to be extremely difficult as you’d order stuff and it would never make it to the table. I had to remind the server twice on two different occasions about the drinks I had ordered she apologised on both occasions as she had forgot but my partner received hers when we ordered at the same time so was a little confusing.
We didn’t order anymore food because the plates weren’t cleared and had been sat on the table for over an hour so we decided to leave.
Upon paying the bill I was asked how everything was and they also didn’t even listen then either because I replied terrible. And he responded ok great.
Won’t be returning, terrible service with...

Read moreIf you're craving a juicy, satisfying burger with deliciously melting Cheese, WET BLACK BURGER does the job & tbh way beyond your expectation :) From the moment you walk in, the smell of sizzling patties and toasted buns sets the mood for a solid fast & casual experience. The ambience is welcoming & suitable for kids as well. My both kids love their mascot popping out of the wall.
Food: The star of the menu is clearly the signature WET BLACK burger—perfectly seared beef patty, melted cheddar and a Black bun. The balance of flavours is impressive, and the patty is seasoned just right. Just dip in cheese and take a byte, take my words it'll melt in your mouth. For sides, you get creamy dipping sauce & fries. Their fries are golden and crisp. Their house sauce adds a creamy, tangy kick. My kids Love their fries.
Service: Friendly and quick. Staff seem to know their menu well and are happy to offer recommendations. And cherry on top is the owner's friendly & caring behaviour. I have been there multiple times & there was not a single time when he didn't come to ask, how is our food, did we need anything.
Atmosphere: Casual, clean, and modern vibe. Great for a quick lunch or a chill dinner.
Verdict: A must visit place, did I mention their Gorilla Black Burger is only for AED10/- it's practically a steal :) pay them a visit and you...
