Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

I was in this outlet just now.The person who was behind the counter did not have any customer service.When we entered he was serving one customer with happiness pack, which yes will take time to serve the order.After they left instead of serving us who were in queue in the shop and the only customer, he started serving the delivery guys who came to collect the orders. No sort of single respect to tell us kindly hold on for a minute or two, I will serve you soon or any other courtesy gesture. We walked from the outlet and again he didn't even bother to stop us, attitude was if we need ice cream then we can stay else...I don't want to complete the sentence in this public platform. Had a horrible experience today! Such a beautiful climate , we all went to have ice cream to this branch as it’s the nearest.. there was this lady there … she was so rude .. she got confused about the order but instead of clarifying it she went ahead and carried it out and when I told her that it’s not what I ordered she shouted and said that I should be clear with my order and that I should say properly … I was shocked as I have never had this sort of an experience at dubai in any baskin and Robin branch I visited … the happiness with which we came died out in seconds … even I firmly replied as I didn’t see the need to withstand something like this … really sad the way customers are treated … not at all what...

Didn’t offer entertainer due to some system issue which was a tad bit disappointing but the service by an employee named Salman was fabulous, we were so confused as to what flavor to get and he asked us a couple questions and suggested me a flavor that i usually would not go for but was amazing!! Personally, he was one of the most sincere employees there so if you do visit the branch, do have him serve you. Kunafa ice cream is a must try!!! Only issue is that manager should maintain professionalism around customers, yelling at your employees infront of customers is embarrassing and...
