Found this place on my way home by coincidence. I looovvveee boba tea, and this place serves a great freshly brewed (NOT powder) tea in many flavors. I always go for the classic milk tea. The large cup is 20 AED the regular is 18 aed. They have a lot of boba flavors too if you want to experiment with your tea.
