Very Rude Staff – Extremely Disappointed

I visited Baskin-Robbins today between 11:00 to 11:30 AM, and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member named Mqsout was extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply asked for a cone and hot fudge, and he responded very harshly, saying "we don’t give that" without any proper reason or explanation.

His tone, attitude, and overall behavior were very disrespectful. I don’t understand how someone with such poor customer service is still employed at a reputed brand like Baskin-Robbins. He clearly doesn’t value customers or the company’s reputation.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and I strongly request that immediate action be taken against this staff member. Such behavior drives customers away and damages the image of the brand.

I will not be visiting this branch again and highly recommend others to avoid it too unless Baskin-Robbins takes...
