We came in as a group of three — me, my wife, and a friend. I chose the place because I love smoked meat and was excited to try it. We ordered 1 kg of smoked meat, and the waiter suggested “1.1 or 1.2 kg” would be better. Even though I knew that was already more than enough, I agreed — thinking they were just being helpful.

Fast forward to after the meal — we’re big eaters, yet half the platter was still untouched. That’s how much food we had. When I asked for the bill, I was shocked to see 1.7 kg charged. I immediately said, “I ordered 1 kg, and you pushed 1.1 or 1.2 — not 1.7.” The response? “This is how we serve here — each person normally eats 1 kg.” Excuse me? Since when does a restaurant decide what I should eat and then charge me for it?

They started negotiating the bill like it was a bazaar. First saying 1.7, then 1.4, then settling at 1.2. I shouldn’t even have had to argue. As a customer, I order what I want — not what you think I should eat.

To make things worse: • No ice, no straws, no glasses with our soft drinks — just cans tossed on the table. • When we asked for takeaway for the remaining meat (before we knew we were overcharged), they never brought it, probably to cover up the portion size. • We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Saturday at 7 PM — now I understand why.

I rarely write reviews, but this was honestly one of the most unprofessional dining experiences I’ve had. Food might be decent, but deceiving your customers and pushing oversized orders just to bump up the bill?...

Such an amazing experience, taste and team.

This was my first time visit to this amazing place, wanted to try the meat rush, 🍖 😍, the extreme beefy food, I'm a meat lover, and at this point i can say it did very well.

From the moment you enter you can start to smell the smoken beef aroma, you can start swallow your saliva as it starts to fall.

There is a free valet parking that i missed but i parked at the same building down.

I saw shisha there not sure if it belongs to them or not.

The only thing i didn't like is the diet Pepsi that i had to pay separately, 12 fhs per small piece, i thought from my conversation with them that the drinks are free, and i wasn't warned otherwise, wish they did as i ordered 3, but i didn't say anything just paid and move on.

The team was super king and helpful, the food was amazing taste.

The food here is very good. But the service is pathetic. We went there as a group of 21. We had to wait for every single thing for long. Not just that, twice the waiters dropped food/ drinks on our guests which was not acceptable at all. They weren't even sorry for the mishap and showed an attitude like - what's a big deal. Extremely disappointed with the way, how clumsy they could behave to us. Even before we could get up from the table they started cleaning and dropping things here and there. This is not what you expect from a gourmet restaurant where you pay premium price.

This is the second time we are visiting the restaurant and both the times we faced similar issues. Never again going to the sheik Zayed road branch. We have been to the same restaurant multiple times in Riyadh but the service there...
