Al Fattan Downtown Towers — Local services in Dubai

At this date the project is under construction. It is well located in the center of Dubai. More than everything its apartments are going to have great German kitchen and appliances. Alfattan Downtown is going to be a great place for living. I have seen in the presentation images it has a levitated jogging track which looks wonderful.
