Attending Tiësto’s concert at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on February 15, 2025, was an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. As long-time fans, we were thrilled to see the “Godfather of EDM” perform live, and the evening exceeded our expectations.
Venue and Atmosphere
The Coca-Cola Arena, located in the vibrant City Walk district, is a state-of-the-art venue with a capacity of up to 17,000 people. Its modern design and cutting-edge technology provided the perfect setting for an event of this magnitude. The arena’s acoustics were impressive, delivering clear and powerful sound that resonated throughout the space. The seating was comfortable, and the layout ensured excellent views from various vantage points. We opted for the general standing area, arriving early to secure a spot close to the stage, which enhanced our experience significantly.
Performance
Tiësto delivered a high-energy, three-hour set that kept the crowd dancing and engaged from start to finish. His seamless transitions between tracks, combined with mesmerizing visuals and lighting effects, created an electrifying atmosphere. The setlist included a mix of his classic hits and recent releases, catering to both long-time fans and newer listeners. The crowd’s enthusiasm was palpable, and Tiësto’s interaction with the audience made the experience even more personal and memorable.
Amenities and Services
The arena offered a variety of food and beverage options, with numerous outlets available for snacks and drinks. However, it’s worth noting that during peak times, queues can become lengthy, so planning accordingly is advisable. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff managed the crowd efficiently, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Transportation and Accessibility
Getting to the Coca-Cola Arena was convenient. We chose to use public transportation, taking the metro to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station, followed by a short walk to the venue. For those driving, parking is available nearby, but considering potential traffic, especially during major events, using public transport or ride-sharing services might be more efficient.
Overall Experience
Our night at Tiësto’s concert was truly memorable. The combination of a world-class performance, excellent venue facilities, and the vibrant energy of the crowd made it a standout event. We highly recommend attending a concert at the Coca-Cola Arena and look forward to future events at this...

We carefully read the instructions stating that professional cameras are not allowed. We brought a digital camera (not a professional one), but the security still did not allow it. We explained that the digicam does not fall under the restriction, yet we were still asked to leave it at the baggage counter and pay AED 10.
What surprised me even more was that upon entering, we saw other visitors with expandable digicams that were allowed in. This suggests that some of the staff, particularly the security guards, may not be fully aware of the actual policy, which caused inconvenience on our part.
Secondly, the Fast Track entry for the Live Lounge did not feel like “fast track” at all we still had to wait in a very long line. If the process is not genuinely expedited, it should not be labeled as “Fast Track,” as it feels misleading and like false advertising.
Regarding the lounge experience: the food served was okay. However, I would like to suggest assigning some team members to take orders from the tables instead of having everyone queue at the bar for drinks, especially since the gourmet section shares the same line. This setup caused unnecessary congestion.
That being said, the TJ Monterde Concert was absolutely amazing! The production was fantastic, and the quality of the entire concert was truly impressive. The only feedback I would give is about the service and arrangements which I believe fall under the responsibility of Coca-Cola Arena as these areas could use improvement to better complement such a great...
Read moreMy sisters and I attended the Hans Zimmer concert at the Coca Cola Arena on the 28th of Jan and the experience was spectacular.
We bought Silver tickets for AED 495/- which placed us a little to the right side, towards the end of the stadium.
The acoustics of the hall perfectly surrounded us in Zimmers' magic and the seating was done in such a way that nobody who sat infront of you could obstruct your view.
What was supposed to be a 2.5 hour concert ended up being a 3 hour concert as he played more than was planned and even played a piece that he made for Dubai called the Diamond in the desert.
A few things that could've been better with the Arena:
The seating rows were quite long without enough aisles running between them making it difficult for people to get in and out, many resorted to climbing over the chairs, which wasn't comfortable for them or the people they were climbing past in their seats.
Secondly the exiting from the parking after the event was jammed really bad, we were stuck for around half an hour or so, there were some who ended up driving over the footpaths to join the main road directly.
But all things considered, this is an amazing venue for live performances, the staff were very friendly and helpful, there's someone who comes to you at every step of the journey to make sure you know where to go.
A friendly note: This might be known to most but I had a big pack of chewing gum in my purse and at the security check point I had to throw it out because it wasn't allowed in so pls don't carry gum to the arena. RIP new...
