Very Disappointing Experience – Satwa Branch I had a very bad experience with French Bakery’s Satwa branch. I ordered a cake through Talabat for a special occasion, but unfortunately, the cake arrived in very poor condition. It was spilled inside the box, and the presentation was completely ruined. We couldn’t even place a candle or celebrate properly because of how it arrived. To make things worse, the cake did not taste fresh at all. The flavor was unpleasant and clearly not up to the standard expected from a well-known bakery. We ended up throwing it away, which was very disappointing on such an important day. I tried to reach out to the branch to explain the situation, but the Asian staff who answered did not understand or respond properly. It felt like customer service didn’t care at all about the issue or how it affected our celebration.

I’ve always liked French Bakery, but this experience really changed my view. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both product quality and...

Unfortunately I'm disliking it due to the staff Laurenth that has no clue wat customer service is.. I loved the food and the croissant and le pain au chocolat was amazing.. However my whole experience was horrible and I was annoyed every time the staff came as she was just waiting for us to request something so she can say "no" in a split of a second without even thinking through our request. She made my husband literally everytime tell her to ask her manager and everytime her manager agreed with us.. its ridiculous how some staff just want to be rude for a simple side dish exchange of even lower value .. so th purpose is just to say no .. for someone who can't possibly eat bacon and wants to change it with anything else.. she created her own rules till her own manager said it's normal.. the worst customer service branch.
