You dont want to take someone you like there.
I find it substandard in all means, even to a cafeteria dining experience. Environment is not good for eating, they use insense burner to overcome fish smell which is absolutly a bad idea. Cleanliness was average. Staff approach is not very organised and professional, they respond to your call but they don't take initiative in cleaning your table. Hummos was not made nor taste properly, better they outsource hummos if they dont know how to make and how it should taste. Toumiyah (garlic paste) is nothing but cheap mayonaise from grocery shop mixed with garlic (we do not even use this at home, rather we make fresh garlic paste). French fries were very short cut (low grade) and taste below average. Fried fish and shrimps were not bad though from fish eye ball you can see they are not the fresh catch of the day ( we usually buy live fish direct from the aquarium in asian seafood restaurents - that's the best!). Home made bread was the only good part in this disappointing experience. After all, going to washroom, one basin was having water blockage making a pool of nasty water (horrible and disgusting to see after food). Table service was not good too (they left all plates on, even the empty ones until the end).
Other reviews highly recomnend this place - I dont and I won't go there again. You may like it or not, that depends on your dining standards and tollerance to the environment and how you feel and compare the food taste.
They could do much better than this food and service if they recognise good dining standards...

This hidden culinary treasure is a seafood lover's paradise, and our recent visit was nothing short of magical! 🍽️🧜♀️
The moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped by the warm, inviting atmosphere. The nautical decor and soft lighting transported us to a coastal paradise. 🌊🕯️
The seafood? Oh, it was out of this world! 🦑🐙🐠 Each dish was a masterpiece of freshness and flavor. The crab legs were succulent, the shrimp were heavenly, and the oysters were a taste of the ocean itself. 😍🌊
The service was impeccable, with the staff displaying a deep knowledge of the menu and a genuine passion for their cuisine. They guided us through the menu, offering fantastic recommendations that made our dining experience even more extraordinary. 🍷👨🍳
We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces and our hearts full, already planning our return. Ibn Hamido Seafood Restaurant is a culinary gem that deserves every bit of praise it gets. If you're a seafood enthusiast, this place is a must-visit! 🎣🥂🌴
Ibn Hamido Seafood Restaurant, you've won us over completely, and we can't wait to dive back into your exquisite dishes....
Read moreI always try Ibn Hamido restaurant in so many places Usually their edge is availability of fresh fish and sea food on daily basis Starting with the soup with its delicious taste. You have try sea food soup or Ibn Hamido soup their taste is very delicious and the creamy texture is not heavy which is my favorite type of soup. Molokhia with shrimp was very good and it tastes nice especially the shrimp is fresh so it gives the vibes of the fresh sea food taste to the plate From salads you have to try herring salad, it is special when mixing the vegetables together with the herring and dipped in tahini sauce then the result would be amazing and for sure it is a bit salty because of the herring is normally salty and I recommend to try minimizing the salty taste as possible. We tried grilled seabass with potatoes and it was very delicious as the fish is fresh itself so for sure the result would be amazing also. The staff is popular and their service is good They offer you the components of the weekly offer every Tuesday and usually it is the best option for families or gathering. Even the bread is freshly baked and served hot. Overall experience was good and it deserve a...
