Disappointing Experience

I recently visited this KFC location, and I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

First, the staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. They seemed uninterested in helping customers, barely acknowledged anyone, and had an overall rude attitude. It felt like they didn’t want to be there, and their lack of customer service made the experience very unpleasant.

Second, the cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The floors were dirty, the tables weren’t cleaned properly, and the trash bins were overflowing. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority, which is very concerning for a place that serves food.

I have visited this branch 4-5 times, and every time I left extremely disappointed. First, the cleanliness in the dining area is unacceptable: tables are not wiped, leaving crumbs and dirt from previous customers. The restroom is always dirty, with no paper or tissues available. Second, the quality of the food is terrible. The food seems stale every time, either the chicken is expired, or old oil is being used. After every visit, I felt nauseous from the smell and taste of the food, and I could never finish my meal. Today’s visit was the final straw. I ordered a Zinger Combo but received a different sandwich with an unpleasant smell and a disgusting sauce. Writing this review, I still feel nauseous just thinking about it. EVEN 1 STAR YOU GUYS DONT DESERVE! Were always coming to KFC to buy bulk orders for our staffs but today i think this is the last time that we will come and order from here. Sorry im working also in FNB but we have concern to each guest complaints that we have. It seems that the manager on duty my KABAYAN doesnt care even her customer obviously disappointed on what she got. We order 3pcs of Snack Box today . 2 of them are not spicy and they give us like old,old chicken . Its really obvious on the appearance of the chicken that its old and not good to serve but they give us still. The size of the chicken looks like its not worth it for the prize.
