Dear Koala Lounge Team,

Thank you for your response to my previous feedback. While I appreciate your acknowledgment of the concerns raised, I would like to address a few points further.

Firstly, I want to clarify that the primary reason for my visit to Koala Lounge is to enjoy the music and the lively atmosphere. People come to your venue to have a good time, not to sit in front of a speaker and relax. The expectation is that guests can engage with the environment and enjoy the entertainment. I hope you can understand that this is the reason people attend events like these, not merely to sit in silence.

Secondly, I must mention an uncomfortable interaction I had with one of your staff members, named Piyush. He approached me and mentioned a bad Google review regarding us enjoying the music and the environment. When I asked to see the review, he was unable to provide any evidence of it. To be honest, this left me feeling disrespected, especially considering I’ve been a regular customer. I remained calm because of my history with the venue, but this interaction was quite disheartening.

I also want to mention that I have a significant presence on social media, with over 100k followers on Instagram, and a close friend who has more than a million followers on YouTube. I hope you realize that one negative review can have a significant impact on your business, which is why I’m sharing my concerns here, Because I am a very old customer of koyla and I love the singers they are very hard-working and very talented.

Furthermore, I am a paying customer and have many friends who join me regularly at Koala Lounge. We come to create and enjoy an energetic and fun environment. It is upsetting to see complaints about others enjoying themselves, especially when it’s affecting the overall experience for everyone else. For a few individuals to dictate the entire vibe of the lounge is unfair, and I believe the overall enjoyment of the crowd should take priority.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I have decided not to visit Koala Lounge again. It’s become clear that there is a lack of respect for customers who want to enjoy themselves, and I can’t tolerate being treated this way anymore.

I also believe that an apology is in order for the way I was treated, as I was not the only one who felt uncomfortable during that visit. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously, and I sincerely hope that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I visited Koyla Cafe few times recently and now I go often to avail excellent experiences of life. I am going to explain my experience a bit detail so I can express myself well. Ambience: Koyla Cafe offers a warm and rustic atmosphere, with dim lighting and cozy seating creates a relaxed and inviting environment. It’s an ideal spot for casual evenings with friends or romantic dinners. The earthy tones and tasteful design add to its unique charm.

Live Singing: The live singing at Koyla Cafe enhances the overall experience, making the evenings lively and engaging. The performers Danish Ali , Zahid and Jahangir (Pianist) are talented and often cover popular songs, creating a pleasant vibe that complements the laid-back ambience. It’s a highlight for guests looking to enjoy good music with their meal.

Food: Koyla Cafe is known for its diverse menu, offering a range of dishes including Indian, Mughlai, and continental cuisine. The quality of the food is generally good, with flavorful, well-cooked dishes. Their grilled items and kebabs stand out, along with a variety of beverages and the presentation is appealing.

Staff: The staff at Koyla Cafe is friendly and attentive. They are prompt in taking orders and accommodating requests, contributing to a smooth dining experience. The service is courteous, and they make efforts to ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied. Mentioning few names that are so familiar and they go extra miles in their profession ( Daniyal best sheesha master, Didar, Bharat, Kevin ( sooper active) and Sangeeta are the outstanding staff.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Koyla, and I must say it is the best restaurant for a Sufi Qawali night in Dubai. The hospitality service provided by the staff members, Roshi and Bishnu, as well as the Operations Manager, Kevin, was truly exceptional.

Roshi and Bishnu's warm and welcoming nature made us feel like valued guests from the moment we stepped inside. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience were evident throughout the evening. They provided impeccable service, ensuring our needs were met and going above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Moreover, the Qawali night organized at Koyla was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was electrifying, and the performances were soul-stirring. The combination of traditional Sufi music and the talented Qawali singers created a mesmerizing ambiance that transported us to another world. It was an unforgettable experience that truly captured the essence of Sufi music and left us in awe.
