Excellent music and Faizan was excellent in singing entertaining making the mahool lovely

Disappointed with the service yesterday the only good was the singer other than that really felt not taken care of. First of all there was no body around to help as we had to wait wave till someone comes to the table. Second we ordered food no one told us that the food we ordered will not be sufficient as the quantity is super less for the price we paid. Third we ordered prawns Thai curry they gave us chicken. Fourth ordered passion fruit mojito for kids they served virgin mojito. Then the Sisha guy was super sad and same had to call him when needed as if this is the culture here the guest need to wait for everything and ask for everything. One of the best roof top lounges in Dubai (Al Karama) we were there for shish-a mostly but happen to visit it on the day of India vs England series. Obviously had a blast the food was really good. Being from Mumbai we have some separate taste buds when it comes to good food and the food was on point tasty. Ambience was nice given to view we enjoyed there. The big screen television is a great option to catch your favorite t20 matches (since we love cricket) as a couple being there we enjoyed our match and food and shish-a too. I went to this rooftop lounge on 2nd Dec 2022 on national day of UAE to celebrate a friend's birthday, the food is Pretty fine but overpriced and the customer service is just awful!!! Me and my friends were sitting smoking shisha and at the same tym watching one match highlights and out of sudden the guy working there came and switched off the Screen without taking our consent or at least saying sorry i am switching off the Screen like we are transparent out there!
