The chicken died 10 times before they serve it. I ordered half grilled chicken, nothing was grilled about it except the skin, it was very undercooked, raw & smelly. Where's the authorities & consumer rights protection? These people are trying to spread another pandemic with Salmonella!

Update: I don't have to up-rate you for merely doing your job or for delivering an edible meal that I paid for, but yeah I have to down-rate you when you start serving people raw meat & warn others about it! & it's not the 1st time it happened, it happened before & I called you directly but the attitude & the arrogance you had on the private phone was way worse than how it is now that you're replying in public, that's why I preferred to handle it this time with Talabat & not even bother calling you. Listen to your customers, keep an eye on ur kitchen staff, remove the arrogance & attitude from your personality and learn some customer service skills, maybe then you will be able to compete with...

Just paid 98.00 AED for the terrible food I received from your restaurant tonight.

Burnt chicken liver dipped in a black sauce to the extent that you would literally notice the black diluted ashes of in the sauce!

A saggy lentil soup; half water, half soup that tastes like it was probably been stored from yesterday and heated in a microwave!

A baked “koubeba” in a definitely over used oil that tastes also utterly burnt.

Even the lemonade; a cup of water with max half a lemon squeezed on it!

I haven’t even dared to open the tabouleh as had reached to the optimum disgusted point from the garbage food you charged money for.

Do yourselves a favor; and us a customers a huge favor and shut down your business.

As for me; I will make sure - oh yeah - to give you the worst name ever all over...

I have never tasted such a good - “ Chicken Wings” ever in my entire life till date; it’s a combination of great taste and the feelings while having this - crispy yet juicy; with the Smokey Flavour as it’s cooked in Charcoal I think which is strongly evident from the look, texture and the smell; it just turns you into a child with all your senses to feel the taste of it until it leaves the vicinity of your tongue😊

I stay a bit far from JVC, but I just don’t mind driving there to eat the - Chicken Wings 😅😅

I haven’t tried the other dishes and I am sure they should be good.

About the ambience - don’t expect too much, however a very clean, hygienic small place with a 3 or 4 tables, furniture in white as I remember.
