The experience in the hotel is just fantastic 🤩

They have one of the best views of Burj Khalifah The interior is authentic, beautiful and well thought of the music with the water sound enhance the experience by multiple folds Even the scent of the place is intentional The staff are very friendly, well mannered, and obviously well trained The food was really good

I can go on and on but I guess it is enough to say that I will be going back here many times and inviting people to meet here always 😊

We had an unforgettable experience staying at the Palace Downtown. The hotel is pure elegance — from the traditional Arabian architecture to the exceptional service. I cannot fault the palace. This place is incredible. I will happily come back here time and time again. The staff are amazing. Shout out to James on reception when we checked in for giving us the most incredible welcome and information to start our short trip. The pool and spa are great, the rooms are ABSOLUTELY fabulous. The beds are the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Not even exaggerating. I can't express how grateful I am for just how attentive the staff were our entire stay....
