Replying the owner: 1- I did not arrive late as you mentioned. I arrived at 5.58 pm (which almost 1 hour before the game). I paid Mparking so I can prove it. 2- I did not receive any call from the restaurant a day before. It seems your staff had called the wrong person/number. I would like to listen to the call recorder & prove you that it wasn't me. By the way, if there was no reservation under my name (as the manager said) then how was I called the day before (as you had mentioned in your response). 3- As for the discount you mentioned, when I called to reserve the lady said "we have cover charge". I told her yes no problem. Having been there during the world cup games & paid 100/- AED as a cover charge I thought it was the same price. The lady should have said "we have a cover charge of 150/- AED". We ended up paying 600/- AED for 6 persons. It is not my mistake if I was not informed earlier by your staff that the cover charge was increased to 150/-. By the way a fixed "Cover charge" is not permitted for restaurants in Dubai. You can be fined for this.

To sum this up, I had written my review earlier to shed light on what had happened at your restaurant so that you can take the necessary precautions for your business sake. You ended up replying me as if I was the guilty one & your staff had done everything right. As for me, I will not be visiting your place again.

I called one week before the world cup final to book a table. The lady who answered the call took my name and number & confirmed the reservation. On the day of the game, we went to the restaurant & to our surprise there was no booking under my name. To make matters worse, the manager did not believe that there was a reservation made as if he was calling me a liar. To prove it to him, I showed him the call which I had made one week earlier as it was still saved in my recent calls. He did not even apologize for the misunderstanding that had happened & threatened to terminate the lady who had taken my reservation. He later gave us a table but it was far away from the screen & at the end of the sitting area. We later ordered food which came very late & didn't have any taste at all. Wow! One of the worst dining service I have ever expereienced. Eventhough the place was only 50% to 60% occupied, the response time was excruciatingly long. Everything was delayed and I mean EVERYTHING!

First the guy wouldn't take our order. We waited and waited and then I had to get up and ask someone to take our order. The person still didint show up. I repeated the act a second time and then finally a "few minutes later", someone finally decided to show up.

But the ordeal doesnt stop there. After clearly asking them to bring the appetizers first, they still brought it with the main course. I decided to hold my agony in peace and just complete the meal. The meal itself wasnt too bad. Nothing exceptional but not something I cant have atleast once a month.

Oh wait! there's more! The grand finale!

After asking for the check a good 2 times, I asked my family to head back home, whilst i waited near the hostess desk so that the process is sped up. Imagine me standing there for another 5 to 8 minutes, texting people, finishing a smoke whilst repeatedly asking for the bill over and over again and........... the bill still didnt come. Eventually I started to joke about it and asked whether the meal was free and if i can leave. Even that took 2 times for them to take it seriously!

Giving the two stars because do not want to be unfair to the kitchen staff. But honestly, I think this...

It’s a nice place facing the water and business bat it’s a Lebanese themed restaurant so the food is Lebanese and it’s delicious they have indoor and outdoor and I recommend outdoor now in this weather we will enjoy the outdoor area do you have a big screens if you want to watch the game thanks for the food part they have a good selection of food I tried to option one healthy and one non-healthy for the healthy option I tried the grilled breasts with vegetables the chicken was super tender and super flavorful and so nice I really love this dish and for the non-healthy option we tried the fried chicken with fries it was nice but for me the healthy option was so good and flavorful more than this dish for the dessert menu we tried the chocolate sando and we tried the pain perdu and i loved the pain perdu so much with the caramel layer and the ice cream it was fantastic and the prices not expensive we payed like 230 AED for the whole thing And after this delicious meal we took a walk in the marina it was lovely ☺️ Overall the food experience was so nice i recommend this place...
