Mamafri DIFC — Restaurant in Dubai

The place has a very nice decoration, the food is good,

the problem of having a restaurant is not the food, it is the staff they have, I went for a Business Lunch which the waiter told me they didn't have. I asked what his most requested dishes were and he got nervous and left. I think it was a new staff

what concerns that they must be trained for all the questions of the clients.

I asked about some things about the menu because I have allergies and food restrictions, to which he couldn't give me an answer either. she was a girl and she told me that she would ask the chef, at that time 20 minutes had already passed.

We ordered curry and some boneles (because we just wanted to try the food and if it had taken a long time to give us the ingredients for 2 dishes, we weren't going to risk asking for more.

At the time of paying the bill, I paid them in cash with a 500 bill (they had no change and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to tell me that they had no change)

To which I told them that my restaurant is the same on Gate Avenue and that I would return to pay them (that's how I came back in 30 minutes to pay them)

Good point they were never rude, they were always friendly but they did have limitations with the knowledge of what they sell and as customers you expect them to clear your doubts safely and that you feel safe eating something without fear of having an allergic reaction.

They can improve a lot, the food is good I liked it a lot, but food and service go...

To dear owner of the mamafri please care about this review this is not first time i have before also heard this things please i went yesterday night to visit your difc branch before also in abudhabi one also im really disappointed about your difc branch manager mr ali . He don't knows how to respect the ladies because yesterday he gonna should to one lady in that staff he used bad words for he i don't know how they work with like that peoples before also in abudabi one samll lady i think she is philippines same that this guy . Yesterday one its big issue because he shout that lady in restaurant in side that time your restaurant little bit busy also everyone look him he shout that girl very loudly thank you please teach them manners how to talk to ladys food and service...

I came to Mamafri DIFC after seeing the 40 minute wait at the Al-Wasl branch and my was the experience amazing. I simply could not get enough of the incredible food no matter how full I was. Some of the standouts to me and dishes I would recommend include the Spicy Beef, Mamas Fried Rice and Sweet and Spicy Korean Wings. The Beef was actually fairly spicy so be sure to also order a beverage. The only slight issue I had was the atmosphere. It was certainly a positive to be seated straight away yet the dark vibe and questionable audio played from the speakers did degrade the experience partially. Overall an amazing experience with spectacular food suitable for everyone and the family friendly environment...
