From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
First Impressions: The first thing that catches your eye is the amazing hospitality of the hotel staff. They don’t rush to touch your belongings — they wait for you to step out comfortably, then kindly assist you with your bags. There are always 3–4 staff members at the entrance, and they are genuinely respectful and welcoming.
The hotel lobby smells clean and elegant, and the reception staff were warm, multilingual, and professional. A staff member personally guided me to my room, which made everything feel more personal and welcoming.
Room & Amenities: My room was immaculately clean — spotless beyond words. As a woman traveling alone, I was especially touched by how thoughtfully the room was arranged with feminine touches and even some skincare items.
The bathroom was beautifully designed, including a bidet, Western-style toilet, and a spray hose — perfectly accommodating both Muslim and non-Muslim guests. Everything was sterilized and sparkling. The bathroom had a also a shower built in a bathtub, high-quality toiletries.
The room was decorated with a lovely art piece on the wall. The AC worked perfectly and the temperature was easily adjustable.
They had assigned me a single room with a queen-size bed, and when I opened the curtains — I was stunned by the view. There was a cozy 2-meter seating area by the window with leather seat and some soft cushions, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking view of Dubai’s skyline, metro line, and city lights. I spent at least an half hour a day just admiring the view.
Service & Responsiveness The staff was incredibly responsive — I remember asking for water and they brought 6–7 bottles instead of just one, and not even charging for it. No delays, no excuses. Truly impressive.
The room also included an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, spacious closet, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee/tea packs. The only thing missing was food in the mini fridge — you’d need to buy snacks separately.
I also asked for morning wake-up calls, and they were always gentle and polite with their calls. They even followed up for you not falling asleep after those calls. Loved that!
Breakfast Experience Before entering the breakfast area, you were first checked in by room number, which I found very organized and professional — it helped keep the space calm and well-managed. One of the standout details for me was that they had a breakfast dress code. Everyone showed up looking neat and well put together, unlike many hotels where guests often appear in pajamas or messy clothes — this gave the entire experience a much more elegant and respectful atmosphere.
The ambience and layout of the breakfast space were stunning. From the beautifully arranged bread corner to the stylish open kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The environment felt upscale and clean, and the space was filled with the smell of fresh baking and brewing coffee. Honestly, you'd have to be completely indifferent not to notice the beauty of it all — unfortunately, some guests did take it for granted, but huge respect to the team for their work and presentation.
The food selection was outstanding — there were over 30 types of fresh bread, along with hot and cold coffee, warm and cold milk, and 3 to 4 varieties of cereals and cornflakes. You could also find eggs, butter, fresh juices, tea, and more than 10 kinds of fruits. There was even a live cooking station with a full chef team preparing fresh dishes right in front of you. Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious — it was one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had at any hotel.
Marketing & Follow-up The hotel’s marketing and guest communication were also impressive. They followed up with discount offers, availability updates, and even sent an email thanking me for my stay. They truly care about your experience.
I would absolutely...
Read moreOn May 13, 2024, on my birthday, I decided to visit the Teatro restaurant with my family, located at the Towers Rotana hotel. We lived there from May 12th from 22:00. We only ate at the hotel. At 22:50 we went up to the 6th floor to the Teatro restaurant. There were few people, we were offered to sit at any table. We chose different dishes from the menu. My husband ate sushi with shrimp, I ate sushi with crab, and the child ate pasta. We told the waiter that today was my birthday so they could prepare us a piece of cake with a candle. I was the only one who ate it. Next we ordered drinks. I ordered myself a glass of champagne. The bottle was brought already open. I didn’t like the smell, but since it was brut, I thought that’s how it should smell and drank a glass. We returned to our room at 01:00. When they started getting ready for bed, I felt bad and ran to the restroom. There was severe vomiting. And sharp pains in the stomach. When I already felt that I was losing consciousness and a fever began, my husband began to contact the insurance company to call me an ambulance and make arrangements with the hospital. The ambulance arrived at 4:30 am. They took my temperature, it was 39.9, they interviewed me, gave me an injection and took me to the hospital. I was diagnosed with acute food poisoning. (Intestinal and gastric infection), the ultrasound concluded that “the loops of the small intestine are filled with hyperperistaltic fluid—enteritis.” He also asked where I last ate and what I ate. This is reflected in the medical report. The hotel staff did not contact me. The next day I felt a little better, I went to the reception and asked the hotel manager to notify him about the incident. Ahmed came up to us, they told me that everything was fine in their kitchen, and this couldn’t happen. They asked me what I ate in 48 hours. I described to them that I ate at their hotel, the only thing we also ordered was pizza, but one for three. That is, we ate the same thing with our husband and child. If I had been poisoned in another place, other family members would have suffered too. For poisoning, 20 minutes to 2 hours is enough. Exactly for my diagnosis. They listened to me and promised to conduct their investigation and call us in the evening. We agreed. In the evening they called us in our room and said that they had checked the kitchen and there were no infections there.Of course there were no supporting documents. And to the question “How did they conduct the investigation?” They didn't answer us either. They asked me to come to a personal meeting, which was eventually rescheduled several times. As a result, Ahmed the service director approached us with a Russian-speaking woman. Who immediately told me that she had little time and had 10 minutes for us. This surprised me, because they themselves called me to this meeting and rescheduled it several times, and treated my...
Read moreIt was our first time at Rotana Towers, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was truly heartwarming; the entire team went out of their way to show us around and offer advice on the hidden gems of Dubai. They treated us like royalty, responding to our needs immediately. Every time they saw us, they asked how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could assist us with.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and boasted a lovely view. A big thank you to the entire team! By the end of our first day, it felt like we had been accepted as part of the family. Ali Raze, Zakir Ali, and Omar were always at the gym, waiting for me with smiles. Ali shared valuable insights about the human body and mind, while Zakir ensured our comfort by the pool, making sure nothing was missing. Omar and I quickly became friends, enjoying inspiring conversations.
At breakfast, Ade, the marathon runner, greeted us with a unique positive aura and made sure everything was perfect. Ahmed, Abdullah, Mahmoud, Mohammed, and Reda welcomed us warmly upon our return from exploring Dubai, checking if our room was satisfactory and if we needed water, coffee, or tea. They also taught me some Arabic phrases, always leaving us with a good feeling. I looked forward to seeing the team each morning and evening; entering the lobby felt like coming home, filled with warmth and light.
During dinner, Phoo remembered our favorite drinks and always made sure I had honey for my tea. Her smile felt like the sun rising again. Chef Achraf Admi personally checked in to see if we enjoyed our meals and if we needed anything extra. On some occasions, while dining outside, I mentioned to my family that the experience wasn’t the same without the team’s presence. When we returned for dinner, entering the dining room felt like a scene from “Hotel Zack & Cody,” where the whole hotel team welcomed us like family, brightening our day.
Hearing them say, “I was wondering where you were; we already started to miss you,” truly melted my heart. Overall, I highly recommend staying here; it’s filled with people who are warm and caring. The hardest part for me was saying goodbye. I am incredibly thankful to the entire team for treating us with such kindness and for accepting us as their guests and family. I will miss you all and wish you the best for the future! Thank...
