From the moment I stepped into Tortilla at Gate Avenue, located in Dubai International Financial Centre, I was enveloped in an ambiance that promised a memorable Iftar dining experience. The establishment's decor set the perfect stage for an exquisite culinary journey.

Though I didn't catch the name of the server, the service was outstanding, leaving a lasting impression with their respectful, fun, friendly, appreciative, and accommodating demeanor. I indulged in the Iftar combo, which included three dates, a soup, a burrito bowl, a drink, and a side of churros with chocolate dip. Each dish was a testament to the chef's expertise, combining well-balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and visually appealing presentation.

What set Tortilla apart was the meticulous attention to detail and the impeccable service that made the dining experience not just delightful, but unforgettable. Despite dining alone, I felt valued and comfortable, thanks to the staff's professionalism and personal touch.

But what truly made my experience unforgettable was Jasim. He was the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and passion. Jasim went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of—his knowledge of the menu and attention to detail were impressive. He offered spot-on recommendations, ensured everything was just right, and did it all with a genuine smile. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.

A very small and cozy place for Mexican food at Gate Avenue Dubai. In a deal of 50 AED they did not serve a good alternative of Margarita which was bit disappointed ☹️. Quality of food was fine not that exceptional. Tacos 🌮 was cold 🥶. Burrito bowl was good 👍. Nachos chips are good 👍.
