Mandena Mandi&Grill Restaurent — Restaurant in Dubai

I want share my very very bad exprince when I go had lunch this week with 2 Guest of my tourist company ,, first I have group of tourist coming by our company in Five hotel JVC but they booking without lunch and dinner so i take the 2 leader of group to book for the 47 person lunch and dinner for 14 days I find in map alSafadi Reustrant but bad luck was full and we can dine after 50!’min so kind of course then I search again I find Arabic Mandi and grill Reustrant close to us so we decide to go is there from our bad luck first from door no one welcome to us or guide us to chose table even the place. So so small then we look for muenu like 12 to 15 min no one come ask us or help or recommend for us anything even drink water or joues still no one and front of us 5 or 6 person just talking and joking by very hight voice so so un respect to the guest un respect and to much disturb for us no one look to us no one care about Geust is eating in the place make us so bad mood so upset and also my look front of the. Geust so bad I don’t want talk about food cuz we didn’t enjoy the food at all but I think it’s so normal and the make me very very upset but I can’t show anyone cuz I have Gust I can’t show them angry face I call the waiter just by smile from me pls wereis manger he say he in vacation sir okay and we’re supervisor he say he outside sir so no one In charger and I never ever imagine I can go in UAE some place like that so so bad and...

This is to recognize Mandena Mande as a top restaurant unique in taste of Mandi . For how many years in UEA I never experienced the same level of taste , presentation and authentic Mande flavor . The staff are helpful and well trained . It is the perfect choice for big feasts where the guests enjoy highly prepared Mandi . Their amount is generous and their comittement to tailoring services is quite evident . I would highly appreciate Mr Hani for his response to shy feedback , for his patience when the customer discusses feasting options , his vigilance to details and promise of quality . Above all his gentle manners with us and reception when we decide to dine . Mr Hani is a professional trustworthy person who writes down all feedback and makes sure premium service is provided . I have has the worst customer service from this restaurant, I have made a call to place a pick up order unfortunately the guy who answered the phone was very cold and rude there’s no customer service at all!

He have kept me on hold claiming to call the manager meanwhile he is the manager “ Hani” I asked for his name and impolitely refused to give me his name saying “I won’t give you my name” and puts me on hold.

This kind of lack of customer service and professionalism will drive the restaurant reputation down , staff are supposed to be trained and professional especially when it comes to customer service.
